Yeah....it can confuse some people when they see it's from China and since this is a remake of Addicted which is the one that sparked the whole China ban / censorship thing a lot of people were concerned it would happen again. and yup, no problem.

This cast just continues to surprise and surpass themselves every episode. Usually the chemistry between two characters/actors peaks at a certain level whereas with these two it continues to build episode after episode. I'm wondering if it's because the two of them just really clicked together right from the beginning or if they shot this series in sequential order (which isn't typically done) and they just built up their chemistry naturally as the series filming went on. Considering how they have been right from the start, I'm thinking they just clicked right from the start, but it would really be interesting to know.

So I'm going to assume that you're assuming these things because of what happened in episodes 21 and 22.

This series is not being broadcast in China, it was made for the international audience and therefore it doesn't have to pass Chinese censorship laws.

When the original AKA Addicted aired in 2016 there were no such laws, so they had no idea what was about to happen with the series being banned, all material being destroyed, and all of the bans and restrictions being placed on the cast and crew.

This time they knew what they had to work within and how to work around it.

Alright four episodes in it's time to ask the question....who in the hell put the script through a paper shredder and then finished it off in a blender!? I originally thought maybe it was just a sub-par quality level on the translation, but the more the series continues, the more the whole thing becomes a disjointed mess. There are times were one of these series is filmed as a movie and then edited as both a movie and a series, which can sometimes create weird transitions between scenes, etc. but doesn't effect the overall quality, etc. In this case, this whole thing is just all over the place with no sense of cohesion in any aspect.

This series and the comment sections just continue to prove one thing, season one is for the people that where just in it for the cute, season 2 is for the people that actually use their brains and try to understand the characters, etc. Many of the people in this comment section should have stayed with season 1.

If this project isn't the death of Ultimate Troop then they need to seriously sit back and reevaluate what they're doing because they are consistently dropping in quality in their productions from where they started.

The more you read the comments in here, the more you realize it's all the women that don't understand Punn's character and think he's creepy and the gay guys who understand the character, but many don't want to admit they were just like Punn when they had their first crush. lol

Pun is getting more mellow in his reactions and actions (minus the whole wiping down scene), but also bolder and more confident in expressing how he really feels...Daddy Mingmueang is training him well. lol I do think they've externalized the internal thoughts/feelings/etc. a bit too much at times and it makes you wonder if they would have still chosen to do that with Punn's character had a Thai Lakorn series being filmed wasn't a bit part of the story.

There is no excusing the whole managers thing with one being a very stereotypical "for comedic purposes only" obnoxious trans character and the whole constant managers fighting, etc. thing was done soooo poorly. It didn't work in War Of Y, or pretty much any other series that has tried it, they just come off as obnoxious and wasting screen time for little story effect. Of course how else would they manage to tie in the wanna-be love triangle that again is absolutely pointless and takes away from everything else.

The one thing they did this week that I did like is that Punn's brother shifted in his attitude from relentlessly teasing Punn, to realizing how serious he is about the whole thing and how much he was hurt and needed support. It was a nice parallel to how Punn's changed his behavior as well.

One look at who the director of this is and his previous works was enough to know exactly what this series was going to be like and it didn't disappoint in being disappointingly bad, but some of the actors are good and there are some decent points of it enough to finish it out.

At this point I'm pretty much only watching it for Chalam and some weird fascination with trying to figure out how in the hell they're going to make him an interesting enough character to be the lead in the next part of the project. Maybe they'll go with something off the wall like he's normally quiet and seems a bit slow but is wild when in love or something. lol

That's what I thought at first as well and like you said, that would have made way too much sense. It definitely would have fit Dino's character....well when he's not ordering Rak around like his own personal slave boy.

Chalam and his omelette obsession is the most thought out thing on this entire series so far. lol

I think the heat fried their brains....only explanation on having high expectations for this. lol

I can and gladly will overlook low budget, bad acting (especially if the actor(s) have no or few previous works), etc. as long as there's some glimmer of potential...this series is a black hole. lol

Last year the Thai series " Work From Heart" was the try hard for worst BL series.... this year Dinosaur Love said let me show you how it's really done. lol

They are beyond ridiculous with the product placement in this series to the point where they've even made it a joke. The series "The Promise" was sponsored by a men's skincare brand to the point where the characters and most of the story was based around that company and even their product placement was done better than this.

That whole ghost whispers / evil laughs scene could have been an awesomely funny scene if the whole thing was Dino playing the sounds on his phone to prank Rak into running scared into Dino's bed.....but nope just a random ass pointless flop of nothing....just like the rest of this series.

This is the third series from Ultimate Troop, third series to use the same damned music, etc. and like you said this is the worst out of the three. It's like they're trying to see just how much more obnoxious they can make it than the last one.

Another series that's infected with second couple syndrome even though they've only have a few minutes of screen time. Next week starts the open pursuit so hopefully that'll inject some life into the series.

The remaining episodes , footage, etc. of Addicted were apparently destroyed

I REALLY don't get how Ultimate Troop started off strong with "The Yearbook" and "Remember Me" (wigs aside on Remember Me) and then completely tanked in all aspects with the Dinosaur Love part of the Buddy Line project so far.
