I decided to do the same. Waiting for the last episode to be aired and then watch all in one evening.
I think honestly that Man is too good for this production. I wish him better opportunities in the future.

I would rather trust a person who's not cute/fluffy but capable of steadfast and strong feelings. Jeng is also a mature man, he is past the period of fluffy mode (if he ever had one) :) Even himself is surprised to have feelings for Pat, because at his age he wouldn't look after a young and childish man like Pat. Maybe Pat will grow up quickly due to some events that are going to happen soon (?).

They have a special kind of ability to press a finger exactly on the right nerve :) I've also wondered about this. They have great actors too - at least every actor in this series did a great job, perfectly casted for their parts.

It's exactly what I also think. Ji Hyun is innocent and honest, but he's not afraid to show his feelings and desires, he's more in showing them through psysical contact and direct words, leaving no doubts about his intentions and feelings. I really like him. He's not playing around "the innocent virgin princess hard to get". I haven't seen once that he regrets making love with Jae Won, even after Jae Won started to avoid him. He was not seduced by Jae Won, it was also his desire to make love, showing it honestly.
When he tries to stop Jae Won to hug him in the last episode, it's his concern for Jae Won's feelings about what the other people might think about him being with a man. But "Who cares? I see only you" it melted my heart :))

@Eli26: Jae Won has never had a boyfriend before, he was a straight, very popular good looking guy. He was taken by surprise about his feelings for a man. He was not ready to come out yet.

In ep.10, when he hugs Ji Hyun, Ji Hyun tries to stop him and warns him about somebody could see them. His answer is "Who cares? I only see you". So he is ready to come out now and make their relationship official.

The therapist was hired by his family and we know that he has a troubled relationship with his rich, distant family. And actually at that moment Ji Hyun was nothing more than a friend, even if they had sex, their relationship was not clear.
He didn't trust too much that therapist. I wrote above: that short time (1 hour?) he spent with the owner of the restaurant where Ji Hyun works was more useful and fruitful than all those years of therapy. The owner told him to live his life after his own wish, he has only 1 life. It was the 1st time Jae Won smiled after Ji Hyun's accident. He decided to change his life, to stop being nice to everybody but only to those he cares for, to stop for good Eun Jin, etc. and to be honest about his feelings for Ji Hyun. When he sits on the bank of the river and all those scenes with Ji Hyun comes back to his memory, he understands finally his deep feelings for Ji Hyun. He comes out from that "thick fog" he was straying around, knowing exactly what he wanted. He went straight to Ji Hyun.

I sometimes think people commenting here are too young to understand what they watch.

1. Hun, if you knew what PTSD and depression are, you wouldn't even started this thread.

2. You may have your own opinion, but try to put it in a polite and nice way. Nobody argues with you, I only try to explain you. Don't use the caps, it means you yell at me.

3. Jae Won didn't seduce Ji Hyun. JH was not the "virgin in distress", he wanted to make love to Jae Won because he is in love with him. As I could see, Ji Hyun is more open to express his feelings through psysical contact than Jae Won, he's not afraid to touch him, to show his desire and feelings for Jae Won, etc. I don't see in Ji Hyun any regret about having sex with Jae Won. He's very honest in this direction.
The problem is that Ji Huyn's accident happened right after they made love for the 1st time. It was just an unlucky coincidence. And that accident trigged the relapse in depression and PTSD for Jae Won. They were both already a little confused about their night together, needing time to digest what happened - the accident came like a huge wave over them.

4. He didn't let Eun Ji kiss him, he was having delayed reactions because of his mental condition (you said you know what and how PTSD is, but if you knew you shouln't have written that).

5. When you have a mental condition, you are not yourself. You might look like an ass to the people around you, but your reactions and actions are not typical yours. If you know PTSD, you should already know this.

I said it has nothing to do with Jae Won being or not being gay (actually he is bi). It's about human mind and how it function.

@ninjas: I don't know but I am not sure you saw the same series as me :))
1. You haven't got yet the fact that Jae Won had a trauma in his past, his little brother died in front of his eyes by drowning? He was in shock. Do you know what PTSD is? I advise to read about it, maybe you'll get some clues.
The way Jae Won acted has nothing to do with he is or not gay. It's about how the human mind function.
2. Thinking about his past relationships, Jae Won has just discovered that he is attracted also by men. That was (for both of them) something to digest first, it needed time to accept it and take it natural. He smiled only when the owner of the restaurant told him "Just live however you want. You only live once".
If you watched the final lines of the series, they are both scared about being gay (the implications, korean society is very conservative) but they hope they will go well through this because they are together.

Speaking about therapists: that hour together with the owner of the restaurant where Ji Hyun was working (ep. 9) was much more useful and fruitful than all those years of therapy with his shrink. He needed somebody to put some sense in his mind, to pull him down to earth and show him that nothing in life is so complicated and beyond repair except health and death (I would say death instead of money, money could be made).
I loved every minute of this series. It's a good one :)

I would rather think he goes back to Eun Ji only to protect Ji Hyun. Maybe that evil bi*ch finds some pictures, Ji Hyun's telephone or JH's friend with a big mouth or/and maybe JH gets bullied (especially by Tae Hyung). Anyway, he wouldn't accept that harpy of his own free will. There must happen something bad.

I am not a psychiatrist but I think he suffers from PTSD and this accident provoked again all he once felt when his little brother died. It's like the veterans that survived a war and when hear a motorcycle roaring suddenly close or a very loud noise (like an explosion), they come mentally again in the middle of the hell in the war.

He's in a state of a kind of numbness right now, thinking all he loves have to die, like a curse. He feels guilty, too, he knew that Ji Hyun couldn't swim, he's a senior and a responsible for the surfing club and JH is a rookie, he should have taken better care of him, etc. The accident happened also right after they walked over the line, both in that ecstasy. The accident came like a wave of icy water in their hot heads...
There are also the stupid gossips, he thinks he caused already a lot of pain to JH and it's his responsibility to protect him against them.
He must start function rationally again, but it's difficult with his mental problems.

I wrote a little above: I have an urge to break Eun Ji's nose every time I see her face :)) She and that idiot would make a great pair. Both nasty and selfish. Great friends they are!
Never could understand this kind of woman, to want a man even she knows he doesn't love her in any way.
