Is the manga still ongoing, or completed? I’ve not read mangas before, but this one is going to send me running for it. It is so deliciously gooooooooooooooooooood.
Arggghhh! It’s like waiting hours in line for a rollercoaster ride, only for it to be over in a flash. The epi’s are too good and over much too fast!!!! Sigh. Alright, everybody, back in line to wait 6 days for the last rollercoaster ride.🥺 Gotta say this was perfectly cast. PERFECTLY.
Epi 8: Rhetorical question. WHY does there always have to be a delusional/stalker/clinging character that goes on ad nauseum? I’ve been really enjoying this series EXCEPT for the fly in the ointment that is Oh Ji Young. I realize I may be hyper sensitive from just finishing a series where the obsessive person got the final scene, STILL obsessing. I am losing patience with these characters that drain the energy out of a decent series.
Oh this is so good. It’s easy to see how young performers are pawns in the creative world. Their talents being used, toyed with, abused them tossed aside on a whim. I feel like it was too quick a jump from theater to film for him. They are vastly different mediums.
I haven’t watched 7/8, and after reading the comments decided ill wait till the last epi is out and see where the writer leaves them, and us. This reminds me of a couple of films that to this day I feel frustration at the thought. . The french film A Heart in Winter. I ranted at the ML to let go! He was so cold. The other is the British film Remains of the Day. That one left me feeling so sad at the missed opportunity for happiness. Some people cannot let themselves be happy. BUT WRITER-NIM you didn’t have to do this! ANI!!!
Why aren’t they more concerned about Jr? I know they are disappointing him. Yea he made a big mistake. They shouldn’t forget though he was working hard, and basically doing good. I’m mad at the mom for not owning up she started the ball rolling with that ridiculous competition. She Mollycoddled, encouraged Jr to be underhanded. I really want to kimchi slap her.
I’m on epi 1, watching on Viki. This reminds me a bit of the Kdrama about time, only better. Definitely better. I’m quite liking the characters, the feel, the pace. Update: completed, and I enjoyed! It’s a poignant, lovely series.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve rewatched the first 2 epi’s. Leaves me with a Smile and warm fuzzies every time! A lovely reprieve from this angsty world.
Like many others I’m still liking the main couple. However, writers, I m sorry but I can’t see why you would have the 3 very different men swooning over her the way they are. She’s pleasant, and a no nonsense gal, but I don’t see her looking out for them much. I It was quite irritating when she chose to go to France, then was pouting when she thought he couldn’t stay longer when he went. He moved Heaven and earth for her. . I mean really? Sorry! I didn’t for this to turn into a mini rant. That was all towards the writer!
