Absolutely! I am always impressed by Bai Lu and also Zhang Rio Yun. This is showing more range, sharpening the skills of all 4 of the actors playing the cadets. I’m so excited to hear it’s going to get a larger audience!

Also this is a true ensemble cast; it isn’t about the bigger name gets more screen time. It’s about the story as a whole, how all of the aspects are intertwined. I am highly impressed that Bai Lu is part of this ensemble. It proves she is a serious actor, learning from taking on all types of roles, This has become a series that I look forward to seeing the next epi. I find each character interesting, the emotions so layered.

This has become a tedious watch, but I’ve come this far, I will finish it for Potato boy. Setting expectations low for the finale.

Epi 9: I’m sorry, but I cannot stand Park Jun Young. I hate how she treats her brother, among other things. Im being petty I know.
As far as the actress playing her, I still haven’t gotten over her character in Do you Like Brahms…. Me being petty again.Ahhhhh, but I LOVE POTATO BOY!!!!

Overall it was what I expected in that romance was never at the forefront. Still, you put it well. It was a good drama though it left an empty feeling at the end.
My heart hurt for Cheng Wu during the Da Fei confession. The girls were hugging, and he was happy with them but they didn’t look at him once! Oh well. Now to find something to get me out of this funk!

I’ll be curious to know how you feel after you complete it.

I’m still sitting here in a daze after that finale. Can’t remember the last time something left me this melancholic. NOT what I was expecting to be feeling at all. It’s not a bad ending by any means, but….. 🤷🏻‍♀️.
