I’m on epi 1, watching on Viki. This reminds me a bit of the Kdrama about time, only better. Definitely better. I’m quite liking the characters, the feel, the pace. Update: completed, and I enjoyed! It’s a poignant, lovely series.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve rewatched the first 2 epi’s. Leaves me with a Smile and warm fuzzies every time! A lovely reprieve from this angsty world.
Like many others I’m still liking the main couple. However, writers, I m sorry but I can’t see why you would have the 3 very different men swooning over her the way they are. She’s pleasant, and a no nonsense gal, but I don’t see her looking out for them much. I It was quite irritating when she chose to go to France, then was pouting when she thought he couldn’t stay longer when he went. He moved Heaven and earth for her. . I mean really? Sorry! I didn’t for this to turn into a mini rant. That was all towards the writer!
Already rewatched the first 2 epi’s. SO. GOOD. It’s giving me a bit of Cherry Magic vibe crossed with XX’s smooth sophisticated feel. Oh so NICE. 😍😍 I’ll stop gushing now….. maybe rewatch again to relax with the R&B underscoring. Ah; one warning though. They eat lots of fab desserts. I would encourage everyone to have a snack at the ready. Just sayin’.
Am enjoying the 3 sibling storylines! The one I have started skipping over is Mi Rae’s mum. Oh so tiresome. If I were honest, I’m still holding g a tiny grudge against the character she played in Lost. Ooooooo I hated that character.😆

Absolutely! I am always impressed by Bai Lu and also Zhang Rio Yun. This is showing more range, sharpening the skills of all 4 of the actors playing the cadets. I’m so excited to hear it’s going to get a larger audience!

Currently watched thru epi 28: Agree. Also this is a true ensemble cast; it isn’t about the bigger name gets more screen time. It’s about the story as a whole, how all of the aspects are intertwined. I am highly impressed that Bai Lu is part of this ensemble. It proves she is a serious actor, learning from taking on all types of roles, This has become a series that I look forward to seeing the next epi. I find each character interesting, the emotions so layered.
