I love the story and the acting, but I really hate to see so many horses being mistreated. It totally spoils my fun when I see horses being brought to fall in such a brutal way or people yanking on the reins like crazy.
Most people don’t know this, but just picking up the reins without pulling already puts a pressure of 1-2 kg on a horse’s jaw. Now imagine how many kilos are pressing down on the horse’s jaw for it to open the mouth like this in pain.
The cruelty to humans in this series is all make-believe, but sadly the cruelty to the horses is real!
