Beautiful and sincere drama. I enjoyed my journey with these teenagers. I was genuinely touched by the leads, their best friends and parents. The evil ones redeemed themselves at the end. Qio xi struggled was quite deep: how can you find yourself when your family is still grieving, when they impose on you some crazy expectations they had for someone else, how can you love when you donât know how to love yourself and your value was always connected to some grandiose achievements.
I noticed that tooâboth men had insecurity over having a partner more capable than or shines brighter than themselves.
He might think it was love but nobody put the object of his/her affection deliberately through pain. He wronged her and his own difficulties, challenges are poor excuses to justify his behavior. Yes he has insecurities, inferiority complex and he made her pay for them and never master his courage to work on himself. In the matters of love real lovers put their proud aside if you arenât willing to do it you arenât really in love.

He didnât respond positively to her confession. As her gesture required lot of courage not acknowledging it is to me equivalent as a rejection. She took like that and he didnât correct her and let go through humiliation and college gossip by herself. What a fantastic guy!
You bring up a good suggestion. Yes. Just a comedy without romance
I feel it would have been more efficient. That drama has a full campaign centered around romance but it was its weakest point. They didnât kiss once, I canât recall a date, a moment of connection She could have been just a fan, fan at 30 are rarely âin loveâ of celebrity
They should have only made an action/comedy without any romance. Whatâs the point to make a bad one? Actors had zero chemistry, second couple could have had some potential but zero development. We donât need romance everywhere. The beginning is very messy. Itâs better in the middle until 14. The last 2 episodes a bite ridiculous and unnecessary: the way stuff unfolded so badly written. That author did a way better job with Doctor Cha, hoping that season 2 to still be good
He discovered he was the father of the little boy. He changed the family name of the little boy into his. They apparently registered a wedding. Between episode 15 and 16 they have less than 3 and nothing cute.

I agree but why not make it clear to everybody so everybody can move on. This kind of behavior makes me believe he still wanted to keep her as some kind of warranty (to hide his cowardice and just in case he doesnât meet someone better)
Yes Nie Chengyuan âmistressâ daughter is going around using the surname Nie so people are assuming sheâs…
I havenât read the book. But I believe they moved once he was divorced once divorced even if itâs physical it isnât cheating. I doesnât excuse his stupidity but I believe words should be used accordingly
i too feel bad for him right person wrong time. It was just misunderstandings which made them have no choice for…
Very true. That guy is just bad news. Women should stop defending bad behavior, find excuses to those men. He had 4 university years to make thing clear but he confused two women an led made them both feel bad. And when he realized that aside him Rong despised her because she was the rich girl he felt hurt because he wasnât the center of their world: typical narcissistâs behavior!

As a mam he must also feels humiliated to go after a woman that is richer than himself. He has lot of insecurities and shame. He did rejected her because he wanted to be with Rong
I don't hold that against him, he is young, and the situation was pretty realistic. I've overheard some wild conversation…
I canât imagine any of my family member speaking of my love life that much and even less in public. Those nosy families feel very weird to me but they spill the tea and serve the drama on a plater
It starts as light and kinda funny but as soon that everything is cleared up and she forgives him, the drama turned bad. They had nothing more to say and pull up some bad cliches. I never felt the two had chemistry or a beginning of attraction for each other so it does help from episode 16 to the end. The side characters arenât very interesting because 90% of them lack development they are just there basically. The few things I did like: 1 - the show did not went too far on the gaming aspect (contrary to falling in your smile). Gaming is a mix of acted game with chat between gamers + business. 2 - I really like the personality the lead woman had, pretending to be pretty but in fact a bad ass. The show lost me when suddenly they made her weak (afraid of horror movie, incapable to take care by herself of her broken door) I felt to make him looked to good they had to make her looked bad. 3 - Parents arenât too dramatic and annoying. 4 - No excessive villain. 5 - No love triangle
