To be honest, he should have no interest in alienating Duke Su. The man is one of his most loyal and efficient supporters, and I like to think he's clever enough to know that being difficult on this topic would be a very stupid thing to do since DS isn't one to be pushed around by anyone. He would only risk losing a irreplaceable asset.

Thanks for the rec, but I know well how that one ends and I hate 1. when writers drop the ball (especially by going on a needless killing spree) and 2. sad endings, so not for me, unfortunately.

Nirvana in Fire, Ancient Detective, Maiden Holmes, Oh My General. What do you look for in your dramas? Do you mean purely historical, or just costume dramas? Because the latter widens the scope quite a bit.
