He didn't committed rape or any serious crime against them and his justification far out-weight the crime of abduction. So when WJG will go after CWD, he will die in the siege but Wu Yin will betray him the moment their objective is achieved and hand over the iron mines to these corrupt officials (they will overthrow the emperor) CWD original plan was to use the mines to forge the weapons and raise new armies to fight against these corrupt officials, then he would fight his way to the emperor and present the evidence of his innocence. He has to save him, but the only way to do that is by neutralizing these officials and for that he needs weapons. in the meantime, he will toy around with these officials to buy some time for weapon production/ don't get attacked by them.

Okay then what does CWD have growing up? We have seen his story but still he has moral compass and tries to save people and bring prosperity to common people. He is a general but still he tries his best to avoid war cuz it will cause the suffering of common people. Moxi had FY growing up and the roof over her head, what does CWD had.....absolutely nothing, he begged and worked to get there. There are a lot of unfortunate souls in the world and if everybody started behaving like her, society will collapse and chaos will reign in streets. Everybody has justification for their crimes, even the bloody bastard Hitler had justifications, Japanese had justification for their crimes.....but that doesn't mean if some people fuck you over, you counter fuck over everybody that comes in close contact with you.
