It would have made sense, if it was anybody else but nobody can deny Zhou Dongyu acting potential and I love her common looks. It doesn't make her stand out of from the rest of the crowd, which makes her portrayal of normal working woman in historic and modern films believable.
Ex: If someone has to play role runaway imperial wife or noble daughter living in another city with new identity, Zhou Dongyu can make it believable with "girl next door" looks but if Dilruba have to play that role. Considering her stunning looks, half of the town/city will know where she lives and what she does, it would be very easy for people to find her.

So, these are the facts and figures on which I judged FL for her behaviour and siding with a murderer, who not only tried to kill two times but is also directly responsible for the death of thousands of ML soldiers in battlefield.
