She wasn't hurt at all, and ML planned the whole thing to make sure, she is safe. He was an asshole back then but not of that degree, to bet her safety over it but you got a point here. If she was really hurt it would have been very obvious like open wound or broken bones. Those things travel at like 8 km/h (4.9 miles) at max and have lot of padding inside it. So its very unlikely for people to get hurt, while inside them unless it topples ! It was stupid decision on ML part, but FL wasn't setting any trap or anything, she stabbed ML without any reason and just for the sake of it and still haven't showed any signs of remorse or apologized to ML.
