I will recommend you wait for few episodes before calling it quits cuz although I love ZLH but Jing Tian is solid actress, and she can even make chemistry with stone !
Lol, I got lot of free time at my hand due to weather...so I am eager to find something to watch before my luck runs out and I am back to normal routine of multiple surgeries every day.
Trust me, it's not your typical vampire drama with cliches left and right, where fangs are out 24/7. ML is cultured vampire, there is a deep lore and story behind his condition and FL acting was pretty good. On 6 episodes so far, he has only acted blood thirsty once and there was solid reasoning behind it. I bet you will be changing your profile pic pretty soon !
i think drama's first poster was better, this only gives cheap vampire love story vibes but the drama is deep…
I think poster has something to do with the later part of the drama, where plot will antagonize us with possibility of ominous bad ending and FL may attempt to sacrifice something to save ML.

They fangs only appear during prolonged period of blood thrust or when they want to bite someone and suck their blood. It really comes down to the writer choice cuz different adaptation of the vampire lore, pick and choose the different abilities for their character and rarely do they ever pick everything. Like Vampires also had the shape shifting ability and they can turn into anyone, I was hoping for ML to unlock this ability down the line and shapeshifts into woman to antagonize the villain.

Brother don't worry this is pretty balanced (fellow TPR victim) so far and ML can overpower villain with his aurora alone. As of right now SML is on ML side, and I suspect he is his long-lost brother! (he has been searching for)

Unlike majority of people here I have not watched TBOY, so I am having a hard time connecting with the characters. on the side note I recommend you check out "Snowfall" it's a unique story (with thriller, suspense and mystery genra) with deep lore, acting of both leads is phenomenal with high production value. Majority of Vampires dramas "F" up the theme but in this one, they have stayed away from stupid cliches and portrayed a complicated character.

Yep, drama seems to be hinting at it quite frequently. Did you see SML appeared after the fight scene, he knows everything about Vampire anatomy and can save ML like its nothing, in recent episode when ML meet with villain in his office. He said with smirk expression....he is so weak as compared to you !
They are both immortals...so Humans cultural constructs don't apply to them !
