Yasss, it's SJ's own choice to keep his feelings for her, JG never asked for his affection so why people blame her, it's her choice to choose SH, the one who what her heart wants & she feel the most.
SJ is also being treated even way better than any or most regular SML outthere, he even have his very own ost release, his own character's arc & written with depth than just a regular SML pinning over FL, with him being FML besties.
If they give him more than that then he'll be called a FML & not SML.
He was cast as a SML from the start, idg what are people expecting, why making problem out of nothing.

If you watch ep 11 onwards (where his character being fleshed out, emotional & backgrounds are revealed) I believe you'll acknowledge his great acting just like many others who previously hv a similiar thoughts as you admitted that they're wrong, acknowledge his talent & how much he has improved to even cry along with him and see how different his character on TB & MIGB, but since you drop it then I guess you'll never know.

I thought so too esp when the SML & FML are besties even before meeting the FL, why break them apart over one FL when all three can be awesome together. Also, SML knows how FML loves the FL way before he himself fell for her, so it's only ethical for him to backoff & move on esp when FL & FML feelings are mutual.

Ikr, it's ridiculous. I don't suffer for an SLS at all, not even one bit & tbh I never find an SLS as overrated as this drama has, lol. Like, yes SJ is great & I can see why ppl love him, but I'm really confuse if people demand him to be with the FL when the FL never once see him more than friends nor lead him in anyway & the FL connected with the FML way better, deeper bonding & their feelings are mutual. There's not enough material in the drama to support the FL with the SML.
The FL even feel uncomfortable & being burdened w/ his feelings after the SML confess to her.
The SML being there with her for two years just like any of her close friend will do, & it's not like on that 2years they're being together having quality time 24/7, just regular hangout between friends, lol.

If I'm being honest then Suho did everything for JG even more than Seo Jun ever did for her, vice versa how JG does everything for Suho too because of their emotional connection, their feelings are mutual so SH JG belongs together. It's human nature to do everything for your loved ones when you're in love. SJ deserves someone who reciprocate his feelings & it's not JG. You can't demand someone to love you back just because you did everything for her. That's not love but outright selfish as she never ask for it nor has any obligation to reciprocate someone's feelings for it.
Seo Joon did the right thing with letting her go, he has no other choice as she never look at him that way. The faster he let her go, the faster he move on to meet & be with someone else.

I hate love triangle too but thankfully this one is not a love triangle imo because the couple has mutual feelings right from the start to end, the SML likes the FL but she never look at him nor leading him whatsoever. The production team also being clear & develop the bonding between the FL & FML only. Suho knows/meet the bare face JG on ep 1 before he actually seen/met her with make up. They confirmed their mutual feelings on ep 8. They broke up on ep 15 & reconciled at early ep 16.
SJ know her bare face at the later half, I think around ep 13.

I agree that she looks uncomfortable & burdened, Ga Young portrayed it well

Just fyi, the whole character's arc & development happened on ep 11-14 , that's where they shown deeper matters (best episodes with depth & great messages from them) so you've probably missed out the whole thing

Yup the whole ep 15 wasn't necessary actually, kinda leading on people to hope for the wrong ship which never going to happen & hurting them, but y'know it as well that some viewers were also keep asking for it, to be similiar with the webtoon (tho I feel pointless as they broke up anyway), so the production team isn't actually full at fault, haha. The webtoon leading both ship & hurting both ship, the drama has tried to minimize every damage that they could with how they've made it perfect clear who's to root with the FL. But they can't please everyone, some hate love triangle (me!), some love & even keep asking for it, lol.

True, haha, narrative wise there isn't any material to support her with the SML, the drama has made it perfect clear & develop the FL story only with the FML so I'm really confuse as to why some forcing her to be with the SML, neglecting the FL story that has been shown nor what her character's feel. And you're right to highlight that no one shd hv nor feel any obligation to reciprocate someone's feelings just because he were there with you, feelings can't be force, it's either you feel it or you don't. The longer the time you've spent with eachother doesn't guarantee you to feel that way.

An article shows how the director praising EW's growth as an actor, how deeply immersed he is & give depth to his character, the scenes where he shown his emotional acting in the second half isn't easy to be portrayed but he filmed everything almost without NG.
