To me the whole concept of this drama is pretty mediocre with the whole do & undo things they shown so everything just went back to its original place without impact, thus the drama came of as repetitive & bland for many.
A terminal illness without pain. Doom's character that later just become ordinary people, etc. On the first ep they show wherever he goes everything become a total mess, all the misfortune, etc. But he can easily come and goes everywhere, to DK's fam but none misfortune has ever happened, nothing. Even to me if they show the scene where DK cut her hair, it will be a huge step for this drama to show her upcoming death is real, but lmao it's even too much to ask for, ofc they need to show that empty dramatic scenes, again.
A contract that can be intervene, bend over left and right & went back to its original place conveniently. And they never laid out the God's rule properly, a God that can't even save a human being's life but apparently a Doom's character can? what's The God & Doom's capability exactly? If either God or Doom die, what will happen to the earth? None people will die on earth? None people hv any misfortune? 14 ep gone by & we knew pretty much nothing about their world π

For bad/ dangerous type of guy character's writing, TSHLYE is far far superior than this. I know nothing about Doom as a character as if am still at ep 1 instead of 12 & I've lost my interest on him.
Kaoru's "fake out" death using corpse perform by Enishi. Megumi & the gang even hold her funeral & really thought she's dead before Aoshi reopen her cemetry & told them what's strange about Kaoru's death/ corpse. Devastated Kenshin throw his self out at some dumpster & he met Tomoe's father there.
I don't think so, am referring to some ritual Enishi did to 'Kaoru' in the manga & scenes that follows after, they had it removed from the Final. The Beginning will only tell Battosai & Tomoe backstory.

Yes, I adore his acting too, my fav character of his will be Dr Zhou from Intense Love, calm, mature & his eyes conveys everything (tho I love every character of his, lol) but I hope to see more roles like that from him & yes hopefully we get to see more drama from him asap π

Same, I've given up on the 1st couple story as of ep 12. I skip all scenes with 1st couple romance & only watch 2nd couple parts and any other scene with either of the 2nd leads interact with all the other casts.
