I want to see DM choosing JP again & not regretting it, just like she always hv been, only this time, she doesn't choose him as her mentor or partner in work but to be her mentor or partner in life, in short, spouse :D

And if the selfie pic Suzy post with KSH located at the same building where she said she doesn't regret her choice for choosing HJP, I think it's plausible.
Since rn HJP is her current mentor, so I don't think her choosing him again in the future as her mentor will give that much impact for an ending scene unless she choose him again this time for a different context, to be her spouse, life time partner :P

Y'know, just like grandma has said, JP character's arc that he hasn't fulfilled yet is to get MARRIED :))

So all main leads will fulfilling their character's arc:
NDS to be success, meet his parent's expectation & investation and had a lots of moneyyyy
HJP to get married & build a new family of his own, with SDM & Grandma
SDM & WIJ to be a successful CEO & living their father's dream & reunited as family

They look so good together, aaaaaa!!!

Idk but even tvn asia has just rerun 100 days my prince, kbs world now rerun good manager & mbc will rerun you drive me crazy this end Nov xD

Maybe you're right if we only took tvn ratings into consideration, but since all tv cable compete with eachother, let's say jtbc show got 3.5%, while tvn show got 4% at the same time, still tvn was the one who consider winning the ratings in that time slot, so I don't think it works like that. Unless, we compare them to a non cable tv show, which has a different std in terms of rating (though they fail pretty bad lately)

I think having an average around 4-5% ratings are still consider high or a pretty good ratings for cable tv, not spectacular but still good (IOTNBO is considered great in terms of rating although not breaking records by all means)
Even 3% is still ok for cable tv shows (I'd say good to average), 2% is low & 1% is a flop.

This show also hv been well received on Netflix , so I think they're doing fine.

Just when I thought this show is different & break the regular norms of showing unnecessary angst on a show & just become my happy pills/ to go show, they had to throw that ball in the last minute, like whyyyy

No worries, NJH is great on Dazzling (TLIYE) & people know that the problem here is with the writing of NDS character so I don't really feel bad for NJH, he's doing great, casted as main lead, got commercials & the drama itself had a pretty good ratings & not a flop (read: big bucks) :D

Even if HJP wasn't written to be the supposed ML & weren't given romantic scenes with the FL. I find inside, he had a way better connection with DM than DM with DS.
For instance:
1. When NDS read DM's letter, he doesn't understand her thought/logic, while JP said he can feel relate to it
2. DM analyze HJP character using his blood type, which NDS never believes
3. HJP practically was supposed to be a stranger for DM given how he gave his identity leverage to NDS, but DM still feeling drawn to him & keep looking for HJP
4. HJP even doesn't pretend to be nice to DM, he is just being himself, he's even also scold her at times when he think she needs it, but DM always understand his intention well
5. We see how DM sits at the same seat, the exact place with HJP 15 years ago at the bus terminal
6. Even when HJP try to shut down his feeling because grandma asked him to, the universe tell otherwise & let DM find his identity

While if we see the way NDS-DM relationship
1. They put so much emphasis how DM-NDS doesn't have that much connection inside, but it's actually was a forced connection where NDS keep molding himself & change his personality to fit the DM ideal guy to the point he lost his identity himself.
2. No matter how many times NDS asked DM which part of him that she likes, her answer is the same, his hands, his suits, which can be translate to his exterior, outside appearance. If she feel connect with him inside, I believe she 'll answer him his heart, but she doesn't answer him that.

Looking at the past ep, HJP become a serious contender even when he doesn't have any advantage like NDS has:
1. penpal identity
2. same working room, so NDS had 24/7 chance to be with her
3. NDS got to touch & being close to her given the penpal identity

Which's why I find NDS & DM relationship is not believable to me at all.
HJP & DM even had a more beautiful bonding moment than NDS & DM has.
That kissing scene complete with beautiful sunset & glorious shot are not even able to help NDS&DM relationship to be more believable to me.

Ikr, I don't get why they had to proceed it that way, even to go such length with all that nonsense twist & turn just to justify it, lol

2020 for me is the year where the second leads shines more than the main leads in kdrama, even when I only discover the 2nd leads actor from that drama & actually starting the drama for the main leads actor.
I never have any other experience like this before 2020, but with this year only I got three!!

1st: Born Again>> start watching for JKY (1st ML) but end up hating his character and its totally messed up story, discover LSH (2nd ML) & stayed for his character's arc instead>> become a fan of LSH

2nd: Alice>> start watching for JW, he's doing great but I stayed solely for his interaction with Do Yeon (2nd FL), main couple interaction was meh & irritating, so from here I discover LDI the 2nd FL actress instead >> become her fan

3rd: Start Up>> start watching for NJH but end up disliking his character traits, discover KSH instead & rooting for HJP >> become KSH new fan :))

What's wrong with kdrama these days? X'D

I just find it better if ppl doesn't try to jump the gun to throw some shades on others, there're two tales of coins & people may think differently. It's better to discuss & talk about the characters, story, anything else than the ship wars, imo.

I stan for HJP, even if the role reversed, I'll love HJP more, there's just some of NDS traits that I dislike, regardless which actor playing it, it will be no different. KSH is my new find fav actor though, glad I discover him here when I start watching this for NJH, lol

So far from what I gathered & read here, none being toxic, they discuss & analyze the plot, so idk why would you have to put it here that way & put words into my mouth as well, but I guess you're just being you, thus, sure if you think "so"

Lol, no one force NDS, HJP just made an offer to NDS which NDS took & it shd be a 1 time deal only for that night & the lie shd have ended that night with NDS saying he has a GF if it's according to HJP plan. But NDS decide it himself that he want to prolong the lies & make the lie bigger as they have become rightnow because NDS smitten by DM & want to get a chance to get DM's heart.

No one blaming NDS for falling for DM. If only he's trying to get DM's heart by his very own background.

The thing is, he is just so blindedly "in love" with DM & shameless enough to keep pursuing her using someone else's background & even being so petty to this person whose background he use for his own advantage & not even give a fair competition & so eager to throw HJP out of the picture & block his way to DM.
*cough that childish exclusive beach date *cough plan b, & many more.

Falling for DM is ruining his own personality, he lost his integrity, he lost his personality, his goals & dream, all of it has turn become just Dalmi & Dalmi only.

Thus people find him not a ML material people would look for a ML to be root with the FL.

HJP has a better chemistry with DM than her with NDS.

HJP can't expose himself if he want to keep DM's dignity, pride & hope, remember her lie to WIJ? WIJ know his identity, that's why HJP had to look for NDS, for DM's sake

The letter may all start from grandma, but it doesn't mean that it's not his, he could pour his heart in it too, especially when he wrote that letters alone for more than 1 years, it's just he has an abandonment issue so he's afraid to let people in to his heart & was in denial all this long.

Ji Pyeong fell ill, Dal Mi sense it from hearing his voice, she bought him an abalone porridge & came to his apartment, she can't reach him though, so she hung the porridge on his door. JP came running outside with his barefoot (but I think he missed her :'()
