Yes i caught up now, now we got a bit info about yzm's childhood and from grandma words we can make an assumption he has a bad childhood and has to struggle with hardship that's why he's so cold and unfeeling and only believe in hard work and climbing the corporate ladder. Yzm is trying to impress grandma so she will leave her hotel to him, do you think him treating mch well is because grandma told him to be nice to her, that's why he has been giving her advices and he keeps bringing her up as a way to influence grandma into leaving him the hotel by saying he will give her a promotion once he has the hotel management, or because he's seeing her value and is starting to have feeling for her.

I thought the father was just nervous that why he drank that much wine, also he's not very good with words but that doesn't mean he deserve the disrespect he was getting. They're fl's parents and the sister were way out of line. Fl did the right thing by calling off the family meeting, boyfriend family disrespect her parents, and boyfrined just sit there and let it happens showing her what kind of man he really was a coward.

I think it's much more than being rich and poor, in the breakup scene, fl said she was tired i don't think is because of their station, she was prepare to overcome it if he was someone responsible and willing to work hard for their relationship and not run away from hardship. Also mch will get an inheritance from grandma in the future, so she won't be poor anymore. I agree though there should be a bit more time for them to get together since she just break up with her boyfriend of three years, so there should be a bit of time for her to get over the heartbreak before liking someone else.

Bce is a family drama and it's fl centric, story focuses on the fl's growth. As i followed it from when it was announced i knew xukai will have less screen time due to the novel being a mother and daughter relationship. I was pleasantly surprised he was introduced in the first ep, i thought he would be introduced later after fl broke up with her boyfriend. I think his screen times will becomes more once he gets more involve with fl and her family. As for why he chooses bce, it could be he like the character and the script, i'm really enjoying seeing xukai in that character set up, and can't wait to see his backstory as well as his character development. As for beautiful as you, i think it will have equal screen times for the ml and fl compare to bce where the focus is mostly on fl.

I'm not hating on the mother like some of the people here, i feel embarrassed for her, what i don't get is why mch not tell her parents about what happened at work, so her mother wouldn't embarrass herself by going to the xin family and gotten insulted in the process. I think for mch and her brother to be so sensible, then the parents must've a part to play in how they turn out. The brother is so understanding and not afraid to do housework, both brother and sister are responsible adults, they should thanks their parents for the support system they have for them to turn out the way they do. I don't know if i will change my mind about the mother, but for now i think the mother is just too involve in her daughter life because she's afraid her daughter will become too old to have her own family and also because her daughter and son are letting her manage their lives, the same with the husband. The mother is in everyone's business is because they're letting her, they need to set boundary and let her know there're situations that she should not get involve.

Yzm finally got his goal to oust denis, i kind of feel bad for mch she was used by yzm because of her connection to her boyfriend in order to lower deshan's guard, and her boyfriend family tried to use her to get a favorable impression for the bidding with her company. Then she was framed by her coworker. I think when mch said to yzm about feeling betrayed because she thinks of him as family really got to him. I think yzm is not so heartless, he did try to keep her name out so she will not be blame for the fall out with deshan. Yzm transferred mch to a different branch and demoted her is good for mch, like what he said it's good for her to learn from the ground up and also make connection. This is to shut those rumor that she got favor because of her connection, now she can earn respect from those around her by working her way up and not be put down for having connection like before.

Mch has a good relationship with her brother, we're show both of them care about each other and can speak about their problems to each other. When mch is in trouble even her best friend would call the brother up to get him to comfort her, and when the brother is in trouble, mch would call her best friend to comfort him. This is sibling goal, both siblings care about the other, and the brother doesn't seem to mind it that the sister has most of the attention from their parents.

I think she will pass the hotel management to fl and ml, remember when ml said to grandma she had preferential treatment to fl, and grandma said i care for you both and you're my grandson so i think if she does leave the hotel management it will be to the both of them and force them to work together.

I think even though mch's mother is overbearing she's still better than the boyfriend's mother, that mother doesn't talk much, but the way she took the food that mch's mom cook for her and then dumped it in the trash can just showed how fake she is. Also she clearly looking down on mch family, but pretending to approve of the marriage of her son, just so she could use mch relation with her boss for their family business. The father is the same, he couldn't even come to the family meeting and lied about having a business meeting, there's so much red flag going on in this family, at least the sister didn't try to hide her disapproval; they clearly don't approve of their son marrying mch, but kept silence about it just to advance their business deal. Also that mistress of the dad went to mch to get her help must be from the dad's direction. They even tried to influence mch by giving her brother a permanent postion at his intern job, i feel bad for him that his mother didn't trust him to secure the job for himself and just took the offer for him without discussing it with him.

That brother of mch seems to like her best friend. I think the best friend is kind of like his idol i guess, he seems kind of shy so i can see why he could falls for his sister's best friend if he has difficulty in getting girls to notice him. While mao treated him as a younger brother, from my understanding they'll become a couple in the future so i'm wondering how that will happens.

So my understanding is ml was helping fl by establishing a relation with him in order to help her with her boyfriend's family as a favor to that boss lady of fl's father. So the boyfriend's family now thinking to use that relationship in their negotiation with ml. They're the same type like the ml, only the ml is more open and honest about his intention. That mother i'm afraid is not too smart and is going to let her daughter be use in order to secure her daughter marriage to the boyfriend.

Yeah i really like this character for him, it's a nice change from all the nice guys he has played before ^^

Yeah i also saw she took off the ring and from her conversation with grandma she has reservation about him after the family meeting, she said he has changed but i wonder if she has made excuses for him before and didn't ever truly see him for what he was until the family meeting. As she is close to 30, she's afraid to look for someone else as a result she has to settle with him without being truly in love with him, that's why she hasn't introduce him to her family even though they dated for three years until her mother confronted them.
