I like drama that follows novel, but it's ok if it doesn't follow the novel if the change will makes it better, otherwise I hope it stays close to the novel. I haven't read novel or watch the anime either so I'm excited knowing it will be about cultivation. I love that type of story, kind of similar to once upon a time in lingjian mountain but will be more serious ^^

She is the player girlfriend and she came to support him. Doesn't mean she has to be interested in the game. That fan totally overreacted and just rude, and I love how her boyfriend came to her defense and yelled at that fan... It's non of her business whether a player girlfriend watched the game or not, she chose to start a commotion over it, so she deserved getting yelled at by her boyfriend 😡

Qingmu and houchi got a chance to fall in love with each other and have a child together. Baijue and shanggu only gotten a chance to be with each other after both of them sacrifice their lives for the world. I would say houchi and qingmu love will live on in baijue and shanggu since they both carry memories of houchi and qingmu. That's the best ending we could've for them since their existence only possible due to baijue and shanggu.

I don't think so, I felt the length is justified due to the complicated plot. The beginning was kind of slow, but was necessary to explain the three different realms and how the immortals and demons conflicts came to be, the relationships between the different characters as well as shanggu and baijue impossible relationship. I can't think of any reason to cutting down on the eps rather I would've like them to add another ep to tie up the end a little better in my opinion.

How many episodes did u watched before you drop, the drama does start slow but it's really rewarding if you keeps watching. I really think this drama has one of the best plot among the xanxia I seen. However it's your choice if it doesn't attract you.

I keeps hearing about this drama with yangzi and xukai so this could be for real. Also this will be a family drama that will focus on the fl and her relationship with her mother. Wonder what xukai role will be. I'm afraid it will be like she and her perfect husband and will put too much emphasis on support characters than the ml. If this wasn't after she and her perfect husband another family drama I might've like it better, hopefully it's not too similar.

The synopsis came from the novel I think, just wondering if it will be following novel/anime or will it be its own story.

I remember watching bts of him learning Korean, so this is due to the dubbing not in sync I suppose. Not understanding why there's a need for dubbing since xukai was showed in BTS to use his own voice when speaking his parts.

If you like great cgi, watch ancient love poetry. The ml of this drama is also ml for Alp ^^

I kind of feel bad for him though to be constantly called fat everytime he gained some weights. It was especially bad in ancient love poetry.

I don't think he's trying to lose weight, he already losing weight. He's already skinny enough, I hope he will gains some weight instead of losing any more weight.

Not sure why you would say something like the story is not good when this drama was adapted from a novel and has an anime adaptation and looks to be popular with the fans. I'm liking the story and hope it will be similar to once upon a time in lingjian mountain with lots of focus on the ml's growths so I think it has potential to be a hit. Don't know how big is the romance but I don't think her acting will be so bad that will turned me off the drama like falling into your smile lots of viewers were badmouthing Cheng xiao acting, but I still find it enjoyable and wasn't turned off by her acting...

It used to be but there's a new rule from what I heard, the second part will air 4 months after the first.

Liking the trailer showing xukai and gulli nazha characters working together. The trailer looks like it will be all action, but can't judge the drama from a single trailer. I'm waiting for the airing time ^^

Same thinking, why split the drama into two parts and air them four months apart. Doesn't make sense other than to make people lose interest in watching a drama that won't finish 😭

What with this new rule, doesn't make much sense to air the drama so far apart. It's the same drama but to air it so far apart might make people who want to watch lose interest in it. Can't understand why they keep changing the rules it's like they've nothing to do but coming up with stupid stupid rules dramas can't be over 40 eps and have to be divided into two parts and now can't air right after the first part finished 😔

Let's hope what you said is true. Like what happened to ancient love poetry and falling into your smile ^^ I hope both dramas will get the attention they deserve for the hard work put in by the casts, I just hate when dramas get ruin by bad editing or the ending being cut.

Funny you said that, I remember hearing xukai was criticized and compare to the other male actors in arsenal military academy for being too baby face and doesn't looks like a soldier, but after the drama aired it was him that got the most praised and also a best actor award for that drama lol. Who said a CEO can't be babyface, He's also closer in age to han ting compare to Wang kai, not sure what's the big deal about being a CEO when he even played a general/prince/ king and even an ice cube god ^^
