Yeah there's clearly a gender bias I mean males in their 30s are not called old, but females in their 30s are consider old when they're in the same age group. Women really have it hard no wonder some undergo plastic surgery just to maintain their young image.

Yeah that's the guy, his character doesn't add much to the story compare to the other three characters. Your suggestion for the ending is not bad. What I would've like is for an explanation how yunqi was able to get out of that cave and both him and wushuang has a reunion, then a marriage gathering with all her and his sect members. Then disbanding the sect if that's what he wants to do. Also I was kind of bummed out that the treasure he talked about giving it back to the people never materialize, did he even get to see it. Lots of holes were just left out for us to fill in the blanks...

I like loss in Kunlun mountain, I just think there was one support character that got too much screen time when his character was so annoying with his feeling for fl. It would be better if other characters are given more screen times like there was one female character I thought was really cool but she just disappeared towards the end, or the female boss who was behind everything was never introduced, or the the warlord guy. These characters are so much more important to the plot than that one unnecessary character with his feeling for fl...That drama could've been so much better if it has better writing towards the end. I wonder if it has to do with editing problems when they were forced to cut out some important plots as a result of censorship...

I haven't watch it and wonder the same thing. I know it has lots of well known actors and actresses in this movie.

It deserves better rating depends on who watching. I like fl character and she represents all the confidence career-minded women, showing they can be just as successful as any men ^^

I haven't read the novel but I assume it's fl centric. I like fl centric drama, my problem is how it's almost always tag on a love triangle like they ran out of ideas to make a good story or something without adding unnecessary conflict, and xukai dramas tend to have that happened as well as support roles get too much screen time compare to him. I hope as beautiful as you the focus will be more on the leads and less on a love triangle and xukai will get lots of screen times since he has equal billing with seven tan compare to she and her perfect husband when yangmi has first billing as a result he gotten even less less screen time than support roles...

I hate love triangle as much as anyone, but for this drama I felt the main leads were sure of their feeling for each other as a result I never felt there was a love triangle like some other dramas that made me felt annoy when they can't make a choice. This drama is more about the leads misunderstanding because of their own insecurities about each other feeling because both of them have their own fears ml is emotionally stunted so lots of times he might make bad decisions due to listening to bad advises from people around him, fl is afraid of commitment because of her past relationship and her family's history with divorces.

We were so lucky that he got three dramas each airing in 2021 and 2022, let hope his dramas will air successfully in 2023. I'm looking forward to his future dramas since they're all action dramas. Hope xukai will get more ml centric dramas where he get more screen times than support roles ^^

Yeah she was too confident in his feeling for her, and only by seeing his ex that she started to realizes she could lose him for real. That when she panicked and went looking for him, she was too self assured, being afraid of commitment that why she chose career over having a relationship. It was only with ml that she realizes she wants a relationship with him after she loss him. I think both of them have flaws and it's understandable for fl to choose her career since she's too afraid of commitment seeing her past relationship with her ex and her family history.

No love triangle, just the ex wants to get back with fl as a result ml tend to get jealous cause he started to fall in love with fl for real. There's break up but they get back together towards the end. The romance is kind of slow pace since both ml and fl started out as strangers who later fell for each other. There's no kids, would like to see them having a family together if only they do a few years later in the past ep, that would be nice. The main leads are a perfect match would've otherwise ^^

He was getting ready for their new life. He bought an apartment right across from her apartment I heard someone in the comment was giving an explanation as their agreement was to last only for 18 months or something like that, so he wants to wait out that time and my understanding is he wants to start over their relationship from the beginning, since their relationship started out as a contract.

Isn't s Budget is high, I know s+ is the highest budget for a drama.
