An adaptation can have it's own storyline and can still be successful in its own right. Since this one has an anime and a novel, it now has a drama. I think it also has a movie adaptation. Did anyone watch the movie version, was it faithful to the source material?

How is the novel compare to drama? I like once upon a time in lingjian mountain even though it also has many changes to novel since I only read novel after completing the drama. I will be happy if it retain the characteristics of most of the characters from novel.

So xue ying's mother has the ancient blood line, but her brother doesn't. So ancient blood line can only be inherited by one family member?:Does that means xueying inherit the ancient blood line through his mother. My understanding is ancient blood line will give the user huge internal energy, is that why xueying has such trouble controlling his power. It was only because his mother was injured that why his uncle was able to beat her and taken her prisoner in the past, she could blow up that device they used to make weapons showing she's quite a formidable opponent.

I thought the main leads did a good job with showing their attraction towards each other when they first met that's why they were acting unnatural when they were together. I felt their chemistry by ep 2 ^^

That's my reaction, these demons are like zombies, it was kind of creepy when they came out of the lake.

I didn't watch anime but the main leads spent the majority of their time together so there's some romance already developed between them.

You're observant, I was thinking how come nobody find out about the blood on the floor, so it could be he was working for the demon that why he helped covered the blood and not because he didn't detect it.

Was hoping for them to become friends when I saw them training together, but he turned out to be a love rival lol. I can understand why he would fall for jing qiu though, he is kind of a loner and feeling neglected so having a beautiful girl being kind and caring made him fall hard for her. However he's good at hiding his jealousy compares to his brother, that guy doesn't even try to hide his hostility.

Yeah that when they were strangers meeting for the first time. They're now starting to realize their feeling for each other, so I see a progress in their relationship ^^

So only the first week is 5 days, the rest of the weeks will be 3 days 2 eps each day for vip, for regular users will be 1 ep a day. Thanks for the correction ^^

How annoying, I haven't watch all the eps available, but I do see the younger brother is jealous of xueying since he's getting all the attention, but the older brother is different and seems to be on friendly term with xueying. Is he going to change in the future, I hope not I like his character.

So the airing schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, and there won't be episodes on Monday and Tuesday. Was hoping to get episodes every day, but 5 days a week is not bad, hope the schedules stay the same and doesn't change.
