Yeah me too, I watched xukai for his performance and like the different roles in those three dramas he in last year. Is ni ye yu Jin tian true, I also saw he has a rumor drama with seven tan as his next project.

Your conjecture as good as mine. I think it comes down in her trust in yang hua to do the right thing. If the child was his he would do the right thing and be in his life, but she also trusts in his words to her parents that he want a future with her. That's why her first reaction when she saw him is to run to him before asking any questions. In love there's also trust, and I think yang hua truly earn her trust more than anything, that's a difficult feat for a strong woman like qin shi.

Alp has really good cgi, I would recommend that drama for any fans of xukai. He play three roles in that drama, and they have subtle differences ^^ In term of toxic fans, there will be one bad apple. However I think he's teaching his fans to be better, and in a way he's picking his fans by the dramas he's doing now. More of his fans are older so will focus more on his career and less on his personal life ^^

Yes I'm also a solo fan, and my interest has always been on strong fl with a good plot. I don't really pay attention to any other actors/actresses beside xukai. The only other actor that I paid much attention to was tony leung, I felt xukai share similarities with Tony leung since they both can speak with their eyes ^^

Most of xukai dramas don't focus on only romance, so it only appeals to a certain kind of audiences. I'm that type of audience who would watch any drama he's in because I like his past dramas and I trust him to pick the right script. Popularity of dramas come down to shipping a cp and I'm too old for that. Fiys got really popular internationally due to his CP with Cheng Xiao, some fans even ship them in real life. I think he's beyond that and doesn't need to be ship with anyone for popularity.

What generic roles do you mean exactly. He gains a loyal fans in me because he tooks these roles, I like actors to challenge themselves and take on many different roles and I think xukai is an exceptional actor who's not afraid to go outside of his comfort zone. That's what I consider how you can last in this industry, not just only for popularity.

Don't think it has anything to do with the role or his co-lead. It just not to your taste and that's normal not to like every drama he's in. I like his character in this drama a lot, his acting improves in every drama he's in. I think he's a versatile actor and can take on any role.

Who said you have to rate it high for the actor. I like xukai but I don't rate all his dramas the same, dramas of his just match my taste and I said before I like this type of drama with many mature topics and a mature relationship, that focuses on fl's career aspiration and family problems. The negatives it focuses too much on support characters and not enough on main leads, other than that I like most of the contents so can watch all 40 eps without skipping.

I see their child as being the child of two true gods so his destiny will be different than other children. He will be put in the same position as his parents having the responsibility to care for the three realms. Hence since he was born he has been taken care of by other people, shanggu was in a coma, so the two people who taken care of him were fengran and tianqi and they spoiled him like they were his parents. He's not like other children since he has to face such separation when he was younger that's why he's wiser beyond his year, also compare to other children he's hundred years old so would be considered an adult in term of human years, so he also old enough to realize his mother was suffering and didn't want to be a burden to her. He's very mature, and would've understand what his mother want to do and that's to bring back his father so they can be a family again. I see him as fortunate having so many who love and care for him, even gains an uncle after going back to the god realm, but I'm not disagreeing with you we both have different perspectives so we see things differently.

Different taste, I love it and I like the slow pace in their romance. A healthy and mature relationship with a bit of office politic, granted it's not for everyone, but it's definitely to my taste. Think this drama deserves a much higher rating, for me I give it a high rating due to the positives outweighs the negatives, as well as for my love for main leads and some of the support characters li dai, yao yao, yang hua's dad...

I wouldn't call yang hua a regular joe, he's gorgeous, good in investment, can understand any situation just by reading about it. Know how to cook, clean. Also his way of thinking is so different from anyone I know, so smart and cool. It's not a surprise qin shi would fall for him. 2ml is the typical normal guy who's good at his job, has a rich girlfriend. I think qin shi did the right thing by leaving him, he was too ashamed of her family situation to even told his mom in the 7 years they were together. What the drama is showing here's not all women want to be in a stereotypical roles, it's not negative to be a stay at home wife, but not all women want that for themselves. Fl is a career woman, who just wants the respect of her peers, as well as getting the same treatment as any male counterpart. The same for ml, it's his choice to work from home because he doesn't want the stress from the normal workload. It's not that qin shi doesn't want to commit, she clearly does. She wants a fake marriage because she wants to be in control because she's afraid of failure. In falling for yang hua, she became vulnerable and she became jealous when his ex came into the picture. She has always appeared confidence and never afraid of anything, but all of a sudden she felt threatened because she's not in control any longer.

Actually I would consider the best or perfect partner is not always the same for everyone. For example for fl she didn't believe in marriage because she saw so many fail marriages, so she would rather fake her own marriage. If ml wasn't the way he's caring and supportive she would've stay single and put all her energy on her career. It only after falling for ml that she became vulnerable and showing she's like any other woman in love. You're right about the role of ml and fl switch, but what's wrong with that if both of them are comfortable in such a relationship, fl also suportive when ml was in trouble and needed her help. Ml is more comfortable at home then being in social setting. They both complement each other strengths and weaknesses, I would say they make a perfect couple.

I think qin shi is smart enough to know yang hua wouldn't lie to her parents when he said he wants a future with her, and then leave with another girl. She only asked him about yao yao because she was jealous, and she just wants to assure his feeling for her. The more you're in love with someone, the more you're vulnerable and want to be assured of their feeling for you even if in your head you knew of their feeling for you, that's how I see it. That's why qin shi has been afraid of marriage for so long, being with yang hua she can relax and be herself and show her vulnerability because she knows she can trust him with her feeling. Yeah 40 eps is not enough.

I think if you watch the early eps then you should be able to understand the characters choices. Wu fei left tjh because she thinks he has feeling for qin shi so she's saying to him she giving him freedom to be with qin shi. He's not with qin shi and she's still in love with him so she decides to start over with him even though I felt she's so desperate for his love when he didn't make effort to find her. That's her choice. For mei mei she loss her trust in her husband but she still loves him and is pregnant with his baby. I was thinking if he straightened himself out and grow up, she would eventually comes back to him. She just needs time to trust him again and he did change and improved himself after she left.

For yang hua and qin shi they both got a divorce but they never took off their rings so for yang hua even if they're divorced he's still consider qin shi as his girlfriend. He even told yao yao that when she asked for a hug. Yang hua went to qin shi parents and told them of his feeling for qin shi, he said his feeling for her is forever their divorce is to give qin shi to sort out her feeling and letting her make the choice whether she wants to be in a relationship with him, as well as for her to settle her unresolved relationship with tjh. By qin shi accept yang hua when he came back is mean she decides she wants to be in a relationship with him, they're finally can freely express their true feeling. It seems like qin shi is not afraid of marriage any longer and can accept him and his promises to be with her forever. I would like to see them get marry again because this time it's for real and not a lie ^^

That was only yao yao's word. I didn't think it was true when she said yang hua was leaving with her, she was just trying to get qin shi to become jealous. Also I think after she heard her mother told her yang hua came to them and told them about his feeling for her, she already assure that yao yao was lying, she probably thinks yang hua was leaving for another reason and not because he chose another woman. That's why she ran to the airport to keep him from leaving.

She did asked him about yao yao, and he told her he didn't leave and has been her roommate for 3 months and she didn't even notice. The final ep was focus mostly on qin shi and her feeling, and she was thinking to herself she really needs that time apart to figure out her feeling and she realizes she want him in her life, and she was thinking about yang hua and what his feeling is. So I think she has been waiting for him to come back, and that's why when he did come back she wasn't that surprised. I think for most cdramas, the ending has always been choppy. This drama ending isn't bad since we do get a happy ending and they even have a conversation. But I agree they should put a whole ep of them just being together ^^

Not just in fiys, also in dance of the sky empire, the actress also younger than him, and they also have good chemistry ^^
