Who do you consider as the good guys and villains because in this drama there's no clear definition of a true villain. They all have reason and circumstance to do what they did, however that does not change one fact is they sacrificed many innocent lives. Why are they judge because we as human set ourselves apart from beast so we have one basic principle to follow as human and to live by that principle. True it's not about being fair or not since we can't choose our family but we can choose what we will do as an individual and live a righteous life, this follows the teaching of buddism or other religion that many follow.

You're not being fair to zhao yan, she suffered the same curse as maiming and would've give up her life for him. She wants to break the curse just as much as he did, she just not as heartless as him and isn't willing to sacrifice all her clan's lives so she can live. I don't blame him for doing what he did since he has suffered enough and doesn't own the clan anything, but zhao yan is different by setting her free he killed all her clan members forcing her to live with the guilt of their deaths on her conscience. I can't say i blamed the leads for feeling they're being control because they were basically are, the fl was taken as a hostage to control her mother and then got her memory erased by the teacher whom she trusted, the ml was created by bian luohuan in order to fulfill a mission of fighting against the fl's mother, so their lives were not in their hands from the moment of their birth. Anybody would feel resentment in that situation, i feel bad for luohuan cause he was forgotten by everyone who knew him, but it's still his choice compare to the main leads who were force into a battle not of their choosing, and in the end also loss their memories of each other.

That just means you prefer his company over his business rival, for her she was protecting her company from being taken over by his company. She did what she thought was the right thing to do to protect her own interest, by buying her company shares he became the main shareholder something she was trying to prevent. From my understanding, she didn't break into his safe as they were both sharing the same safe and he was careless by keeping the merger there for her to find since it pertain to her company she has the right to look. It's his fault for not telling her before she found out on her own, something he was warned about by his friend. True she should've talk to him first but he wasn't blameless in this as he should've tell her once they started dating and got closer. If she was so bad at management would her company be able to rival his secret company. What you're saying is he has to protect his company by buying her shares from his rival to protect his own interest, since the rival was only using her company to get to him.

That person is not a new fan, i think we have a similar discussion before. Don't let it get to you, some people on here don't like how that poster kept making comparison of xukai with other actors or their dramas and many times that poster would put xukai in a negative light that fans don't like. That fan cares more about his look and popularity, while many fans on here are more focus on his dramas and acting that why there're many arguments on here, they can be a bit sensitive since xukai got many black marketing against him. He has many types of fans so they don't all agree but majority on mdl are fans of his works and don't care too much about popularity like that poster.

I think you should stop making assumption, everything you said is your opinion having long drama doesn't mean an actor is more in demand than an actor taking short drama. I'm glad to see xukai is taking shorter dramas if the dramas prove to have better qualities, time will tell but you should stop arguing with the people on here if you don't know for sure. Also when has xukai dramas ever dry up, he would get new drama offer right after he finished shooting, now i'm hearing so many rumors of new dramas so it's the opposite of what you said. Xukai also doesn't care about popularity, so if his selection of dramas is not to your liking because they're short, it's his choice not because he has less resources. I also think he should take a rest after finish shooting a drama before taking on a new drama as he has been shooting nonstop and needs his rest.

I didn't feel the fl was stiff or unnatural when emoting, she's however has a very good head on her shoulder and doesn't let emotion dictate her if that's what you mean. Too bad you will not finish this if you're looking for romance this is not a bad choice but it can frustrate you with the back and forth between the leads because they have very different views and both are strong and hardheaded, but the ending is really satisfying.

You're wrong xukai dramas usually have over 1M. Even snow eagle lord has 2M reservation before it aired even though it didn't do as well as it should. Best choice ever and as beautiful as you also have over 1M reservation before they're aired, not sure where you get your info from but they're wrong and you should be careful not to spread wrong infos about xk. Dramas with high reservations just mean they're hype and has high degree of interest by fans due to how popular the ip or the actor/actress , but that's different from being successful as proven many times by dramas with high hype and end up a failure like legend of anle or fox spirit match maker etc. that have popular actors/actresses. There's no telling how mm and dafeng will fair, but counting on hype for the drama will not bring their success.

When the men go to war and the women are left behind to defend the fortress and all of them are not warriors but still act like one and willing to give their life to defend and protect. They're all heroes and deserve my respect. She lost her mother who gave her life to protect her it's very tragic to lose a love one as a child, also these women who died to defend the fortress were not honor beside her mother because she's a noble woman, but they all should be honor for willing to give their life to protect and defense against invaders like all warriors. No we don't have to feel bad for fl because she's a survivor, she willing to do what it takes to defense and protect and following in her mother footstep. Don't know what you have against the fl for mocking such a tragic story about her losing her own mother and how she became a general.

The hype came from fans of both bl and wh, they both starred in a drama together and now are competing against each other. Both dramas were shot before mr, so they're going to be air before mr, and i'm not sure why you would put down mr as not being able to compete against mm, just having hype does not prove a drama will be a success like some famous cp with popular actors has proven to fail even with all the hype surrounding it, that all depend on the plot and whether the audience love their cps. Bl and wh modern drama together was hype and fail spectacularly in china, it's only their international fans even want to defend it.
