Yes i would like to see him play a toxic ml in a drama at least once. He has so many good ml roles, so i'm looking forward to him playing an evil role. Lmao, you're comparing ofl with abay? First time i heard them being mention together. Compare the two dramas rating it's obvious which one is the better drama and i'm not talking on mdl. Also what made you a judge of what a good script should be, if we're talking about a draggy script, i could watch another ten episodes of this drama and will not be bore; this drama is not draggy at all due to the subject matter and how interesting i find it, if you're calling this drama draggy then you haven't watch that many dramas. I didn't watch ofl but i did hear lots of complaints on the net about it, on the other hand abay got so many praises so the majority disagree with you because abay is still no 1 in tv ranking 😄

I think you must've miss lots if you're skipping scenes. Her styles did change, at first she was dressed like a matron, then she dressed younger after she left her old company, then she dressed in suits after she came back to the company after both his and her companies merged. Her hairstyle also changed from long when she was in college to short when she met him again after ten years and starting to work together to long again a few years after they got married.

Those comments don't fool me either, i don't like it when they say things like i watched it for xukai but the fl made me not able to continue. It just made him look bad that his appeal is so much less than the fl that their hatred for the fl is greater than their love for him. That why i don't think they're xk's fans but just a regular drama watcher who might've like one or two of his dramas instead of him as an actor. I love xk and would watch any dramas of his regardless of the fl because i love his acting and his versatility in different roles. However i can also appreciate the different actress he paired with and what they bring to each of his pairing. Skinship doesn't translate to being good at acting guess i'm the few who think selling sex is not acting, i think that's the easiest to do, acting is much more nuance and chemistry is so much more than just having skinship, it's about the soul and how natural they're together that we can sense their feeling for each other even without any skinship. It's much harder to convince and i think xukai and seven tan were able to convince us of that that why so many are so in love with this pairing. Lots of his pairings got criticized either due to the actress is not pretty enough, or she's too old, or she's bad in acting, with this many criticisms i can only say these people must've a favorite pairing they like and are bashing the actress because they want him to pair with their faves instead.

You're right, if you're only looking for romance this drama wouldn't be the right drama for you. But if you like drama that has a big focus on business with the relationship being slow pace then you will like this drama better, the second half will focus more on their romance but it's still very much a business drama.

Agree i really like it because it was so different from all those other shows. I even went looking for the animation and novel because i was so into this show back then. Was waiting for second season, but it was never made :( There's a drama that has a similar feel to this drama, have you watch i am nobody, it was a really good adaptation from the animation ^^

The fl played his teacher so she's the right age. They both also have very good comedic timing,
