The screeenwriter is the same as True Beauty, so does that mean the same person adapted the True Beauty webtoon as this drama? Cause both this and True Beauty were originally webtoons, yes?
It's sooo good though. Maybe you need a change and could watch other genre of kdramas?
Yup, it's their M.O. I responded once, but now I know better. π€ They just copy and paste some version of this comment for every new drama. Falling prey to the very thing you're critiquing... *smh*
not wrapped up filming for this drama? I don't get...are they still shooting or??
The only downside is sometimes it means they rush the ending if it's not completely written. π¬ I might start this cause everyone is saying it's so cute!
Sorry! I imagine there will be highlights on YouTube, but besides that I have no idea. π¬ I don't watch the award ceremonies cause I just look up the results after it's over. π
I find it so romantic the likes me, likes me not with the leaves.
It was a very cute part, especially since they teased the leaves earlier but you didn't know why they were there the first time you saw them. I love stuff like that! π
QOT's comment section has become toxic comment section, just like Cdramas'. I always thought that K-drama audience…
It is common for the super popular dramas to get heated discussions in the comment section with the occasional troll or contrarian who seems to delight in getting everyone riled up and annoyed (I think the My Demon page was an anomaly). I try to remind myself that responding to trolls/chronic contrarians and getting annoyed with them is exactly what they want me to do, and I'm playing into their hands. Just like when the internet, media and individuals talk about an active shooter, and their face and name blow up on the internet. When we do that, we're giving the shooters what they want: attention and fame. On MDL, I try to discern who's a troll (in that case, no response) or just someone wanting to dialogue about what bothers them, and then respond accordingly.
The less popular drama comment sections are more peaceful. For instance, Knight Flower had a very pleasant comment thread while it was airing. Just know the more popular drama will have a larger range of participants. Also, most of the people who frequent this page are big fans, which is why they're here a lot, which means it's understandable they'd challenge those who fire shots at what they enjoy. To me, it makes sense.
Also, its the internet, so you get all kinds, mature and immature alike. If you're not using the app you can block people you think are toxic if it bothers you (the block feature doesn't work on the app; I know cause I tried π ). :)
The "Difficult Adulthood" tag made me laugh. Does that mean someone has a hard life? So, like... just adulthood, then? What a strange way to put it. π
Or else Seo yeji as Ko moon young asking for KSH phone no. and Haein getting jealous and both Queen fought for…
Oh, right. It's fascinating to me how scandals work in SK. In the U.S. no one even bats an eye when we find out shady stuff celebrities do. π I now view celebrities a lot more like politicians or CEOs of mega-corporations. Lots of money, power and fame/influence tends to mess you up...
It's almost different imo she's more like a calm cold person here and not shouting too much.
I might get eaten alive for saying this, but in IOTNBO the FL felt sometimes like a spoiled, petulant child (and yes, she shouted a lot!). Her portrayal in the 2nd half felt more like Hae In. But the cold, blunt, and intense FL is not super common in Kdramas. Usually the ML department. π
Just got done. It was such a cute drama. The actors were also superb!
Yes, love this one! And I'm bummed to see the rating fell to an 8.4. But the number of watchers makes up for it. If a drama is over 100,000 watchers there's no denying it's a classic.
