Do we ever get an explanation for the gray hair? In xianxia no one bats an eye over 20 something's with white or gray hair, but this is supposed to be remotely "historical," right?

Vagabond is pretty fun! I enjoyed it but the end was... interesting. Doesn't ruin the drama, but you can honestly skip the last 5-10 minutes and you won't miss a thing and will have more closure if you don't continue.

It seems there will be a string of five day stretches where we will get one episode a day (according to Netflix). That will be an adjustment. 😅

Except for the obvious setting up of future events which is getting peppered throughout, it feels more like a slice of life in some ways (at least for our leads so far). I know it won't stay that way.

I do think there's an excessive amount of perpetual snow floating from the sky. 😅 But yes, very beautiful, almost distractingly so. 😆

I kind of wanted the mortal realm arc of Legend of Shen Li to feel like this. If it had built the slow and steady affection between the leads, I wouldn't have felt as much like they fell in love for no reason.

The comments have definitely been more about how beautiful everyone is than about the story, but I haven't minded the pace or plot so far. I don't find it boring at all for some reason. 🤷‍♀️

He's never been an ML before has he (only 2ML)? He's a great actor; very underrated and underused!

Doesn't it happen every now and then while things air? I feel like I've seen it a handful of times. But it is a cut above what I've seen in a while, which is quite fun and unfortunately very addicting. 😅 The real question is whether it will continue on this trajectory or take a nosedive...

He's certainly the smartest and most cunning emperor I've seen (a master strategist if ever there was one), but he's a bad egg. After season 2, that's what I finally decided. Not a character I could root for, but it took me 2 seasons to realize it cause the guy is so slippery and hard to peg! 😅 Ping Ping, too. So slippery and hard to figure out--both are manipulative, calculating, and ultimately selfish.

Oh dear. Most Cdrama tension stick the landing fings better than Kdramas, though. Not sure why, but I tend to feel a little apprehensive about them. 😅
