The main Thai PBS site isn't offering me Eng subs for several subbed titles, but their streaming service pages are (vipa.me). Small frustration as I find it easier to check for subs on the Thai PBS site than vipa, but they are subbing a lot and quickly so I'll just be delighted with that :D
Long shot, but I'd really love to know more about the original story and early adaptations. Saw the '21 series and am very curious what was original and what was added. 2002 is old enough I don't expect to find it online, but maybe someone's seen it elsewhere?

Long shot I know but if anyone knows where to find one of the earlier adaptations or the novel, I'd love to find out more about what of this is from the original story and what was added. 1970, '86 and 2002 are maybe too old to be digitised and online.
Nontha's story carried it for me and small moments with big emotions like...
I liked this. When it gave more depth to Pim's story than An's, I just went with that. Maybe that's why I feel so differently from others writing here. The middle episodes were the best IMO.
Kuea's ya explains his character well, sometimes being too nice hurts others. Character's mistakes and shortcomings are always part of the drama, but I'll take this as a source of difficulties over say the controlling abusive ML in My Husband in Law any day.
I want to watch this series because of Bright, is his screentime enough or is it not worth watching?
He gets a fair bit of screen time in the latter half and his character has a wee journey of his own despite being included primarily as an obstacle for the MC.
I'm giving this a 10 because, as much as I love Japanese films in general, shouty J-comedy and business-centred films/dramas are their two genres I often struggle with, and my knowledge of anime is so old and rusty, the tropes and references weren't anything I could relate to. And despite those significant impediments, the technical details demanded so much attention, the humour had a great absurdist streak and the whole thing was so well crafted, it kept my attention throughout the second half.
I really liked this. Funny, good emotions. Young people making young person mistakes and learning from them, older people learning from theirs as well, the importance of apologies regardless of age. Always good to see solid roles for young women too, was worried Piploy's character was just going to be someone to laugh at but they gave her a lot of growth.
I know it's a common enough thing in het rom coms to give a ML abusive red flag actions and write it all off as if it were romantic. This one maybe did some interesting things with that - enough to give me hope it was actually working on subverting them, which is why I kept watching, but in the end it just got on board with the dangerous myth that abusive men will change if only a woman loves them well enough. If you don't understand that there can be real life consequences from that, count your blessings. Really should have paid more attention to the tags - possessive, aggressive, hot-tempered, clingy ML. Other than that, it's well enough done. But they HAD to have known what they were doing with the very overt physical domestic violence in one story line and the quantity of get yourself far away from that man red flags they gave the ML.
like it had me already at Thai ghost :) ... and then Mai Davika <3 ... and then haunted vacuum :D :D :D ... looking on here to see if there's any info on availability yet and Um Apasiri... then back to read the rest of the article and wow.

The Summer We Met is nearly there.
