Take note kids: this drama is the dictionary definition of "overrated"
You haven't seen the whole drama yet, but still you're making assumptions... You can like it, or don't like it, you can watch it, or not watch it, but please, try not making conjectures based on such limited information (I say limited, considering both the fact that you haven't watched the whole drama yet, and that this is your first drama of its kind -- very long historical fantasy Chinese dramas -- so you wouldn't have anything to compare it with to say if it's better or worse than others on its genre, so it could just be not your cup of tea)!!
That was very well done, relevant, realistic, relatable, and has some of the most natural acting in any k-drama I've seen (so much so that it almost feels like invading on these people's personal lives in a way)!! Kudos to the creators, and of not shying away from actual, real life issues!!!
I love all of them, except the Handsome Siblings one cause I've yet to watch it! I would also add Sambong from SFD. (I loved their relationship between him and his "disciple", the deep respect YBW had for him to the very end, him being his moral compass, even though...)
From other dramas, obviously Wei Wuxian.

haven't seen queen seon deok but i should watch it soon~ i know that everyone is obsessed with bidam though :D
Every character is interesting in Queen Seon Deok -- the plot isn't always great sometimes, and the pacing is a little off, but the deep conversations, the relatable, relevant to this day issues, the 4d villains (especially Lady Mishil), the both strong and intelligent characters, and the exciting action scenes more than make up for it!!
