How can a 6 episodes drama be this boring.... 🤷♀️ . The only saving grace was the acting but it could'nt hide the lame script and as dry as a desert plot. The aesthetic in this drama also as dull as dishwater. Nothing pretty to see except when KWB appeared on screen. The only interesting part in BK was the idea behind the story "where the population required to wear respirators and rely on the "Knights", specialized delivery drivers, to provide them with the supplies (especially fresh oxygen) they need to stay alive " but the execution was a total failure. 5/10.
To me, the plot in this season was dull comparing to the plot in S1. The case surely interesting but the way they take their revenge was boring. It was predictable. Up to episode 14, there's no element of surprise. All operation they did were ran smoothly each time and they easily win against the baddies. Most of the bad guys always stupid , only scary looking with big body but had no brain. Mehh. I prefer clever villain to pump my adrenaline while watching thriller dramas. Despite my disappointment with the storyline I enjoyed episode 15 & 16, the action, the synergy between our Rainbow Taxi members and watching LJH face on my screen. 8/10 coz I feel generous with my rating.
Liked & enjoyed his acting in TSL! So cute & good looking too. His synergy with Man Man & Ye Tan were the best. Looking forward to see his drama in the future.
No wonder her face was so familiar while watching her in TSL . She also acted as CXX's little sister in Fall in Love too . Two times now became his little sister 😁
The mussel and panty game in ep 648 was so funny. Especially watching Jae Suk all embarassing while playing panty game because he thinks it was improper 🤣
This is my intake on this. There's reason why most people want to watch only finished dramas with/without the promise of the next season . We watch drama to escape from reality . In reality, we do'nt know the ending of own own life , we do'nt know everything there is to our life in the present or the future. Not few think about what their future would be and feel anxious about it. So you want to at least when you watch drama ,it give you reassurance on knowing that the story has its ending, happy/good ending preferably. Me myself don't like to watch unfinished story or unfinished book it give me anxiety and it is frustrating not knowing what will happen to the characters I'm feeling fond of.
The plot about Redrin & the villain's backstory was plain stupid tbh. The best part of this drama were the humor & the acting especially Kim Min Gue's. My rating 7.5/10.
Loved both leads in FTLY! Story of the lead having double identity like this one is soo my cup of tea but I'm curious about who is the writer of the show. Past works of the director not that convincing either. Only hope the script and the plot are as good as the main idea.
The storyline in the first 6 episodes were mediocre to me but I enjoyed the last 2 episodes thoroughly . Many thrilling and heartbreaking scenes in the last two. My favourite scene was the scene of the young Dong Eun and grandma (house owner) hugging at the sea 💔😭. The ending was one of the best ending we could get in a revenge drama. So satisfying! OST was quite good too . My favourite song here is You Remember by Paul Kim. Rating for Episode 1- 6 : 7/10. Episode 7 -8 : 9/10. My final rating 8/10 .
Looking forward to MSM next drama after UtQU. But the tag of that gay male lead had me 😥 Is this for real... So we already know where the story's going...
So is this the last part? That ending makes us hope there's a sequel.
Here are my thoughts upon finishing the second part :-
-Timeline in this part was quite confusing imo. I'm having a hard time understanding which part of the story happened first and which part happened later because they rarely show the year when certain things happened. Lastly I give up making sense of the timeline lol. - If part 1 basically the introduction to the story, part 2 was where the plot was really moving. So the storyline in this part was more interesting than the first . -Cinematography & the CGI were still as amazing as in the first part. The magic effects here remind me of Alchemy of Souls. Thanks god the monsters looked real enough and not cartoonish unlike the monsters we saw in Sweet Home and Hellbound . - Island had no theme song at all . Make me think the production save budget on the matter to use most of it's on the CGI.
The first 3 episodes were quite boring 😂 We only get to watch FL be a damsel in distress most of the times I lost count and repeatedly saved by ML 🥲 . To me, the storyline only started to become interesting from episode 4 onwards. The setting where the story take placed, the cinematography and the CGI here were spectacular though. 8/10 . Off to watch Part 2 now.
8/10 for the first 10 eps. 7/10 for the rest of them. My issues with this drama:
- I could not understand why fl consistently hides the fact about her status to ml. I can understand why she did'nt want anyone else apart from her close friend to know the secret but why would she hides it from ml. Poor ml feeling all dejected he thought he fell in love with the wrong person. It's like she did'nt trust that ml would keep her secret. - The villain got it easy at the end. - I liked the first 10 eps but when the romance started , things started to become boring for me. I don't feel the chemistry between fl-ml. Don't know why I felt weird watching their romance scene 😂. Maybe I'm the only one who felt this .
That synopsis was full of spoiler 🥲 . I'm currently at ep 15 and still wondering when I will reach the exact timeline told in the synopsis. If you like elemenf of surprise in your drama, don't read it 🫠
Binged all episodes in less than a day. I thorougly enjoyed this one from beginning to end. The storyline, the pace, the acting, the chemistry between leads , the OST and everything else is perfect ! 10/10 for me 🤍
