That’s the big appeal for me. She’s stepped into this role which is very different from what we usually see her. This mature, yet sinister like character lets us see her greater range of capabilities and it makes her shine more. She can now be perceived as a potential great investigator, a lawyer, etc. I can anticipate her in these different roles now so I hope she gets squared away with her agency stuff because I’d love to see her continuing growth on screen.
Good thing this is a show and we can actively anticipate what’s to come and it’s outcome. Living it? What a hell to go through and I wouldn’t be patient at all probably. Darn this is so good!!
This comment comes after ep 11. Bravo to actress for her performance, as she is displaying high level of emotions when teetering in the brink of win or die, dealing with Zehuan. (Despicable sort of human. I’m so glad he’s dealt with). That’s it. ZL in the calamity of her complicated character is portraying it in the way that is effective, not over or under but point on good.

I don’t know if it’s bad editing that after his agreement, she went to see him, ended up sick, he took care of her, and from there they got together. It came suddenly and the weaving of events is sort of confusing. I’m hoping we’ll see more of their initial build up relationship.

Right? I want to see her free, not tense at every turn. There’s that part about her character that is a take away for me. It makes me miss that playful comedic side of her we’ve seen often in her other roles, like in dating in the kitchen. I do get her current character and what she’s portraying but i do hope when the facade comes off, we can see a more carefree side of her.

The part where they’re watching the male leads interview (and her dad) I didn’t like that style. She like jumped back to high school year making her look like his sister rather than fiancé. Right? At first I was kind of confused but come to think of it, it’s kind of smooth and effective. The blending of flashbacks and present is unique so that you continue in the present while smoothing in the past. It becomes catchy as you get used to it.
