This is so sad. She’s young, inexperienced, can’t differentiate love and care from a man. That listening in to ml convos is making her feel things that is giving her wrong messages, that she has no verification of. She’s also giving me second hand embarrassment running like a mad lady after him. Did she forget he’s married with a son. As for him, unknowingly aware of what’s is happening will probably feel very different when this manifests. At this point he’s finding companionship with Yuan. For her, she’s slowly falling in love. Gosh, what another layer of possible pain.

17. I’m having lots of mixed feelings on this turn of events. What Gao Chen is asking Yuan to do?? Yikes! At the same time, something IS brewing in the leads. I’ve heard there’s no romance in leads but the looks, the reactions, actions of unspeakable words is screaming that the dynamics is that. Am i reading as you? I don’t know how to feel about this? Ok I just started and I see an active war of con and pro. I’m actually enjoying it as it’s old kdrama vibe that’s ridiculous at times yet engaging enough to want more. I’m just heavily keeping in mind that these are totally written for entertainment so that I can choose what I want to normalize or not, to watch or not, as there’s so many choices. Gonna see this through.

Chen Ren is a complicated man. He’s cruel and hates her yet he’s conflicted after seeing her with a man. Can he just go away. I’d be very happy if his part was done with.

I don’t know. Obviously Gao Chen is a red flag as far his obsession at work but as far as his affair, Jiaqi wife is more so guilty to step out into that realm. She irritates me.

Yes they’re terrific in their role which draws me to the drama.

It is so invasive to listen to someone’s conversation without your knowing. Yikes I’d be creeped out. Her doing this, though getting paid is just so wrong especially now she’s on the other side from original intent.

What time can people have to do these things? Don’t they have lives of their own? So sad it seems these artists have to pay a price for their choice of career.

It’s still ep 11 after 2 days

Does anyone know what the schedule of episodes is?

Haven’t watched original but I can guarantee you you will love this one, or even more.

Noooooooo, I’m caught up and I can’t bear the waiting. What an awesome story.

Why do I feel so melancholy at every episode. One, I want to ease YuAn’s load, take some away, go with her to the amusement park and see her laugh; take a road trip with her and her grandma, sing silly songs, etc. Second, I want to give JiaQi my most squeezable warmest hug and most contagious silly joke so he can laugh heartily. Yeah, after episode nine that’s what I wanna do.

Wow, ep 8. This is so good.

I can’t help feeling so bad for her. Young, carrying so much weight on her shoulders, lonely, abused yet she’s holding her own to survive. Makes me grateful even more knowing there’s so many in very unfortunate circumstances not of their choosing. I guess her loneliness and hearing someone recognizing her qualities draws her to him. Lots to absorb in ep 6. Sometimes we overlook something we take for granted yet for someone else, it’s solace. Loved grandma’s big smile and I need to look at the moon more often.

Gosh, Dating in the Kitchen, Forbidden Flower, among others had significant age gap yet they didn’t raise (at least as far as I’m aware) that big of commotion. Oh well, people will have their biases no matter.
