Well I feel a tad sorry for Mr Nie. To see him contrite and pitiful is the sad realization of losing something special that was in your hands, lost forever. We watch shows all the time that teaches us what in real life we advise ourselves or others. Be careful with your choices. Tsk tsk. Curious about the outcome of this crumbling joyride.

I think Miyu should just enjoy life as a free single woman. I do like Daniel and I think he’d be a great partner. If it goes that direction, I’m good with it. Ji Feng toying with his ex, I mean he didn’t clarify the question of them getting together (blogger) so that leaves it open for all kinds of mess. I’m totally invested now, yikes the wait is already agonizing.

Well I made it to ep 22 and though I’m riding the tide of it, I’m skeptic at the romance part as the mature one I was looking forward to. I hate pull and push, especially in grown casts. The story has advanced to the part where they have developed feelings. Excuses, denials are the underlying issues we don’t need. I like you you like me let’s make a go of it. Instead we’re gonna pull our hairs at the jealousy, side eyes, hard stares, side hands clinching sounds, silly this and that. 🙄 eh, it is what it is, just not to the end please 😆

I can’t even imagine the pain and hurt after that long of a marriage. Love the showdown at the corporate celebration. Well done. Three episodes in and I’m slowly getting hooked.

Finished and loved it. Leads are great together. Now that I’ve finally seen main actor, he’s definitely a very handsome man but more importantly, he was very good in this character. Give it a try. I believe you’ll enjoy it on a whole.

Wow, up to episode 4 and I’m liking it it a lot. Was worried after reading a review with low marks but sure am glad i started anyways and my current joy ride.

Thank you. Thank you especially for bringing up those excellent points I wanted to but mine was getting too long. The send off! My goodness, that was beautiful. It’s community coming together, not out of blood ties but the act of humanity for others in their time of need. I cried a lot thinking grandma is probably more grateful that her granddaughter didn’t have to face this alone. I did too. There’s so much take away from the beauty of this moving part of the drama, I can’t praise enough the excellent thought of this inclusion. It was also the uncle’s redeeming gift and I’m happy for him. As for her tormentor, me too. While he acted cruelly, there was always something that seemed to bother him. Two young people, once friends, tormented due to adults mishap’s is so unfortunate. She recognized his demon and the producers again perfectly portrays that even through struggles, innermost empathy can’t be denied. Her running and their eye contact at end was so thoughtful. They’re free! Thanks for the added insights. Like you, I’d like to watch the original at some point. Right now, I’m well fed. 😊

Though I said I don’t mind the tropes too much, after 5th episode it is getting tiresome. That paused shocked face by fl trying to figure things out so many times is exhausting. Whether it’s her first outing with a guy (ironically ended in bedding), she should at least be mature enough to kind of figure what to do next. Give him a try after his confession or if feeling icky, part ways and please stop looking at him in a room where everyone else looking one way (including him) and she the only looking at him then trying to be all shy seeing him look at her. Okay end of rant now I can go on 😆
