Everything so underwhelming. Mtg with Le? Disappointing. Totally killed what could have been a good story. Oh well, I’m done.

I’m picking on Qin LAN again. Her character is just too soft. I would have really wanted her to explode, to show some real heavy duty anger, crying after her deceptive friends cruelty. Even afterwards she just moved on to next like everything is normal. Dead boring.

I meant her pathetic crying emotions. Definitely a sickening person.

Who would of thought the emotions lacking in this drama would come from Shuan?

For everyone who wanted some emotions in this drama to get it from Shuan is like…uhmm, no!!

I know. I’m blown away by her deception. I sort of thought too from that scene you mentioned but then as it moved on, it seemed like it was false.

The more she talked about her reasons i genuinely wanted to throw up. Pathetic! Shameful. She’ll probably end up forgiven which is worse. Ugghggh

Shuan? Wow!!!!!! I can’t even describe how despicable she is. Imagine in real life having a friend like that. Painful. Disgusting. With more and more people gaining boldness to be outright repulsive and almost gloating with it in our society, it’s no wonder our world is getting so messed up. Greed, jealousy, untamed. Sad

You’re absolutely right, that was an insensitive and terrible comment. Frustration talking, she’s a great actress, love her works, even here. Enjoyed 22, hoping it finishes strong at least.

I wonder when cast are preparing their scenes if they have a say or suggestions. Don’t know if Qin Lan is a mother in real life but if not, maybe this makes sense, she’s so emotionless. Naturally if it fits the shoe it would show? I don’t know. While I praised the show because I was so excited to see what leads would do. I’m honestly disappointed right now because there were so many perfect settings yet nope, draggy. Too disconnected. Bummer.

The young woman that worked with SiTings dad. They worked for Feng Rui’s family business.

SiTings friend meeting with new guy was totally coincidental, eventful romance can be likely though I personally think it was very fast. Now though with business development, I can’t help but think that something is off. Like there’s a compromising agenda. That would be sad if so. She’s happy.

Probably last ten episodes with his mom sabotaging the union, and lots of family time with Le?

With the time skip there’s so much we don’t know of his life, after looking desperately for Ting, dealt with raising their son. For what’s made out, he adjusted his life, dreams, around his son. Aerospace dream gone, winery just barely off to a start it seems. He’s never married.

He’s grateful to his mother, probably feels guilty after standing up to her about staying with his girlfriend despite opposition. She goes missing without a word, so his mother filled in, so yeah, he’s grateful.

That’s without knowing the sinister hand his mother played in why all that happened. Soon he will. We do know the mom is set against Ting. He will choose of course. My bet is that as he loved Ting dearly in the past, he does so even more now when all things are out in the open.

Lawrence Wong, playing Yuan leads in Girlfriend if it’s any comfort to rooters of him here. He’s grown so much since that drama. Fluffy and cute romance. I like his character here, especially his close relationship with his sister. He’s definitely a keeper, maybe the writers can pivot a chance meet up with Peiyan???

I think this episode is so well done. I said it even in my review that love triangle can be a hit or miss. To show growth in the protagonist but not to drag out because then it overtakes the plot. Now that it’s done, for him, it’s at the right time. I’ve commented before that I like Peiyan, kind and sweet. Her maturity and honesty to accept what she knows in her heart is bittersweet. Put yourself there, I can only imagine.

Gosh, that powerful bond after twelve years is so strong I thought my screen will break. 😆If you watched Because of Love, that pivotal moment when he approached his ex finding out about his son, powerful acting of Chung. The intensity of moment and acting. Not quite the same situation here but still very raw and intense. I’m gonna rewatch this episode and that scene on stairs a lot. Whew…..we’re on a roll now y’all.

The waiting for the leads to mingle, jingle, wiggle is awfully slow.

Thank for this. Scanning through to see her I didn’t see it. The young leads are too cute and I enjoy their acting.

Yeah, if clues are right, it looks like it. I’m disappointed too but let’s wait for those famous words and hope it all works out at end 😁

After 10 I’m feeling that maybe her friend isn’t so good? Poor SiTing doesn’t get much breaks. Her seemingly one ally (well the brother seems genuine) might be disappointing.
