it was good thou to watch BL series where there is no bed scenes
Thanks for the response, but you did not answer my question: What is it about "bed scenes" that make you uncomfortable? I did not say there was any rule that BLs have to have a "bed scene: either. What is it about NOT having a bed scene that makes you regard a BL as "fresh?" Sex is an important part of life, especially between/among young lovers. Why should it be given any less attention than any other important part of life? Do you just not like sex? I would really be interested to know your answers to my questions. Thanks.

I enjoy and follow/watch this show every week with a new episode. To me, it has a lot of elements that give it an overall feeling of amateurism. From sets to acting by supporting actors and village people to huge plot holes, there are a lot of problems. But the show also has a big heart and I find myself ignoring these shortcomings because I care about the characters, especially Tian and the Chief.

But Mix's acting in this last episode left a lot to be desired and I'm annoyed that his director didn't do more to guide him on his way. So many cruel developments for Tian to absorb and react to, from having to leave his schoolchildren, to not being allowed to finish his explanation of what happened to the teacher and how he ended up with her heart, to being rejected by the Chief, to facing the never-ending accusative stares of the villagers, it was horrible. However, he seemed to wander around with that same wrinkled-up, almost-about-to-be-crying expression on his face over and over again. It got to where I was tempted to laugh.

Also, didn't really get why he didn't leave immediately. Why did he keep wandering around staring at people so they could look at him with disgust and disdain over and over? Seems like a normal person would leave or stay in his hut. Also annoyed that he never attempted to further explain the reality of how everything happened, especially when he had the Chief one-on-one and could have made use of that opportunity. Instead he let the Chief continue to make mistaken assumptions about everything and just took the accusations and insults like absorbing body blows without any attempt to defend himself. To me it made his character seem pathetic and self-destructive. It also seemed unrealistic and was clearly simply a plot line to allow everyone to keep accusing him until the very last second.

Of course the whole thing about pursuing armed smugglers into the jungle, dragging his unfortunate friend with him, and then taking a picture with his phone when we all knew the flash was going to go off was just embarrassingly amateurish in its conception and execution. Cliche' city.

"Intimacy" runs the gamut from holding hands to doing everything you can think of in bed or in the swimming pool, or on the beach, or in the ocean, or on a rooftop...what is it about physical intimacy that you do not like? Does seeing it on screen make you uncomfortable? If that is the case, what is it about the intimacy that discomforts you? Thanks.

even though i disagree with everything that you wrote, the one thing i wanna point out specifically is that you…
One question: Was there an incident during which Tharn sexually assaulted Type while he was "unconscious?" If so, please refresh my memory. If not, shut up.

I started to reply to your comment in depth, but it is nothing but hysterical, unfounded accusations and insults, so I decided not to waste my time. Yeah, I think sexual assault is awesome. You have me completely figured out. I also think you get off on the very aspects of BL that you like to bitch about. Go watch something else and quit trying to turn BL into something it was never meant to be.

How does the negative reactions of other people prevent you from enjoying this show?
You're the only one "hell-bent" on anything. What "hate?" What are you even ranting about.?You are the one full of anger and hatred. Do you even read what you write? Seek professional help.

I just will never get people with your attitude. How would a person know a show sucks if they don't watch it?…
You did it again: Where exactly did I "tell others to not enjoy something I didn't?" I never said any such thing. Do you realize you are reacting to comments that exist only in your head? I don't mean that in a mean way either. Please ask yourself about that.

Why is it pathetic to write about shows I don't like? Is there some law that we should only write about shows we do like? It can be very revealing of oneself to explore why one feels this way or that way about a show. Sometimes I change my mind regarding something I once felt very strongly in the other direction.

Finally, I simply don't care what you think of me or my "think pieces." Easy: don't read them. If you find it pleasurable to think I'm pathetic, go ahead and think it. Your thoughts about me are none of my business.

The acting (specially Tul's) is bad indeed and the plot is messy. If you see this as a cheesy police drama it's…
That's a great description of my feelings after two episodes, especially the cheesy police drama part. When do we get to the sex? :D

I have powered through 2 so far...pretty bad. But after reading your comment, I'll keep going. I'm really just hanging around to see MaxTul go at it. :P

Title Manner of Death Spoiler
I'm pretty committed to watching this because it was recommended by another viewer whose opinion I value. However, after two episodes, I'm not feeling it. Too many aspects of the plot seem like amateur-hour writing. A lot of melodramatic moments too...it feels like an American afternoon soap opera trying to be CSI: SVU. Love Max and Tul of course, but the silliness and inconsistencies and unrealistic behaviors are wearing me down fast. When Tul theorizes about how murders were committed, why does he picture himself doing the murdering, among other oddities of the script. Meanwhile Max, who doesn't want to be suspected of Jane's murder, doesn't act particularly upset at the scene of the crime with her dead body sitting right there, and then says, "OK, well if you don't need me anymore, I'm off to teach my classes at the school" as if her murder or suicide was a slight annoyance and not the death of his supposed girlfriend. wtf?

Why are you so bothered? Going by your comment, you’re not a fan and haven’t seen the shows I’m guessing.…
Please explain how I am guilty of "shitting on people for being excited." Also please point out where I have been "hating on the fans..." I haven't insulted anyone on this board. You seem to be perceiving negative comments about this show as personal attacks on YOU, and that's not the case at all. Why would someone who didn't care for this series feel insecure?

I dropped this series in ep 4 or 5, I dont remember. I have re watched season 1 many times and even I read the…
Yeah...I'd recommend that. Ep 11 is the one I cried off and on throughout and spent less time rolling my eyes than I had in the previous episodes. There are a lot of clunker scenes in the remaining time, but there are also some nice moments. So many damn repetitious scenes.

I just will never get people with your attitude. How would a person know a show sucks if they don't watch it?…
" If you have nothing good to say don't say anything at all..." Are you also a K-Pop fan? This juvenile attitude prevails in music video comment threads in the K-Pop world too. I repeat: If I watch/hear/view a piece of art or entertainment I have every right to share my thoughts on a comment board. I am not here to boost the careers of specific actors or cheer-lead for particular shows. If I like what I encounter, I will say so. If I find it lacking, I will say that too. If you can't handle that, it's your problem, not mine.

Oh, I wanted to ask, in regard to your comment above: Do you REALLY "feel like shit" when you read comments unfavorable to your pet actors or shows? Seriously, do you actually take it that personally? Knowing that an anonymous Internet commenter didn't like your show spoils your enjoyment of it? That's kind of extreme. Simple answer, like I said: Don't read comments.

If people watch a show, they have the same right as you to post their opinion, it's that simple.

Sounds like you are very insecure in your love of this show. Go ahead and love it. No one is stopping you. People can't know whether it sucks or not if they don't watch it. And if they watch it they have every right to post their opinion of it.

I just will never get people with your attitude. How would a person know a show sucks if they don't watch it? Why does it matter to you, if you loved it and it made you happy, what somebody else thinks? Just ignore the negative comments or don't read them. Any piece of art or entertainment is going to be critiqued by the people who see it, whether for good or bad. I'm going to watch this with very low expectations, so maybe I will be pleasantly surprised. Go ahead and by happy meanwhile, no one is shitting on you.

Love your resume: Full-time, sex-phobic prude and part-time, amateur psychologist. What you think about anything is of no concern to me.
