TBH even with all that going on the only reason it feels like too much is cause of how it's written. If the doppelganger plot actually lead somewhere it would be better.

I'm not saying I don't think those kinds of relationships can work out, I'm saying that the way this one is written it probably wouldn't work out. To me it's easy to see why Shin Jae likes her that way, and easy to see why TE would never see him that way.
BTW I'm currently watching 'where stars land' which has Kim Kyung Nam in it. So far his relationship in that is much better if you'd be interested in watching it.

I don't get SLS from ShinJae because while they have a very good partner relationship, I don't think they'd have a good romantic one. Also ShinJae just deserves better in general XD

I meant that I am fine with reset buttons if there is a clear goal for such and the focus is on HOW the characters are getting there rather on bumbly their way through without knowing where they were heading.
