So....there were quite a lot of shows cited here that I haven't watched but found the blurbs describing it very helpful to decide on whether I want to watch them or not.

It's not surprising that I find India among the lowest ranks for donations but I was legit surprised with the number of countries that do not appear on this chart. I am talking about IRODAT and not you. Anyway.

I completely share your sentiments. If a drama doesn't engage me, I'm pretty much out. Of course, unless that week I have a lot of time then I'll want to finish it just so I can write a blistering review. But all this primarily depends on whether I am feeling it or not.

Ha, ha. Yes translations are tough and lead to quite a few comic moments. I find "you who came from the stars" to be more poetic but yes, that's a good title IMO.

Yes, C-dramas have an obsession over the phrase 'eternal love' and the word 'love' in general. 'Moonlight drawn over the Clouds' sounds so poetic .

Upon further thought, I contend that choosing 'boys' over 'flowers' is not grammatically incorrect though it is illogical as per english language rules.

The initial research was based on the usage of comparison operator 'over' and the choice mentioned in the article wrt BOF can be considered as essentially idiomatic.

While there is nothing grammatically incorrect about any of the phrases - 'Pizza over Korea', 'Tiger over Dancing', 'Salad over Government' - I think we can all agree none of them make sense logically in English without providing a context. And as I mentioned earlier, if you consider artistic liberty all the above mentioned phrases are correct despite being nonsensical.

Yes, I have come to the same conclusion. I like the ridiculousness most of the times but there are some times when a title that makes no sense would stop me from viewing the drama summary.

Absolutely, if the subtitles aren't up to par then it is difficult to understand the drama, let alone enjoy it. It's good that drama titles don't scare you off cause a lot of the titles I mentioned are/were pretty popular in their time.
