Never big fan of him but still can't believe this i think his career might be over or i don't know. Just how sad…
Let's not kid ourselves: He's a man, he has power, he has connections and an insane amount of money. Plus the right social structures. His career may be on pause, but it's not over. This is a man's world...
The statement is inconsistent and transparent. You can easily analyze the structure: -Elicit sympathy (he is suddenly mentally unwell, he is loved so much), -confirm what cannot be denied (the relationship), - sow doubt (beginning of the relationship, formalities whose content was not meant to be, the close caregiver/"aunt" who told), - use Sae Ron as a shield (she had no idea about the "non-repayment", her environment suffers from the "rumors", her honor is hurt). -No apology for the previous lie that they were not in a relationship.
In addition, it is overemphasized that it was a relationship between adults. There is too much description and too much tear-jerking. Especially in comparison to earlier statements. I think they once mentioned that you shouldn't trust published speculation without evidence. But what evidence do they provide? “Trust me bro”.
On the other hand, there is physical evidence from Sae Ron. A teenager stating their exact relationship dates. That's what teenagers do. Just to mention one example. A picture she published briefly and was taken down for it, without being protected by the person/agency involved. Her date of death.... From a purely neutral point of view, the company and the actor don't look good. He should just be completely honest and clear Sae Ron's name. And then what happens to so many rich men will happen: he'll happily get on with his life. He will briefly disappear from the limelight and then his loyal fans will welcome him back with open arms...
In short: I don't believe him and GM. The statement is as expected: Elicit pity, confirm what can no longer be denied (relationship), sow doubt, use Sae Ron as a shield. To me, the statement is inconsistent, overly detailed and overemphasizes that it was an adult relationship. I was not convinced by the statement. I believe Sae Ron.
Kim Soo Hyun is very rich. A much younger girl was financially (She was at his agency), emotionally (She was his…
This! Her farewell letter was the day she died. It sounds like: Look here and please listen to me. God, this is such a tragedy. She should live and be happy.
1. So their eyebrow tattoos just disappeared after a day or two? Microblading eyebrows lasts 6 months. Tattooed…
9. it was mentioned that there are 3 siblings. Since the FL's friend lives in the house, the 3rd sibling must live somewhere and we don't know it (yet). I could imagine that the kids are the kids of the 3rd sibling. Or are they simply the FL's siblings, as she is the eldest?
All in all, I liked the execution of the series and the idea of parallel worlds. They also did a solid job of bringing the parallel world story together. The idea could have been more fully realized in my opinion.
The drama was carried by the actors. Boss and Noeul's chemistry is unbeatable, their love scenes very sensual. I really liked that Boss was given the opportunity to play a basic character in various nuanced ways. Gosh, his charisma is captivating (and I still really regret not getting to see him in Revamp). For Noeul, I really hope he gets the chance to play a completely different role. I liked his acting here more than in LITA, but the character was too similar. I really hope he doesn't get the same character description over and over again. For example, I'd be up for a boss Boss and an indifferent, defiant, cold, nasty Noeul as the antagonist. I think both have such a solid, trusting foundation that they should be trusted to be complex, serious characters.
The last episode somehow ended a bit too quickly and with holes in it for me. One more episode would have been nice to resolve the family story more satisfactorily. Because what kind of resolution was that? With the mother, I was glad that there was a screen between her and me, but it still sent shivers down my spine. She is the worst and meanest of all BL moms. Boy oh boy should you stay miles away from that woman.
I've already seen many series with Kang Tae Oh and always liked him a lot in his roles. But here I can hardly take my eyes off him, gosh is he charismatic...
I would definitely not recommend HIStory 4. I like the actors, but the story of the 2nd couple is absolutely disturbing. It really is the worst of the HIStory series.
Hum. It definitely LOOKS like a manga come to life. And the acting is a bit over the top, but I assume it's accurately…
His assistant takes a break from medical school (you find out towards the end of episode 1) and works part-time to go back to school (you find out in the first few minutes of episode 2). I think everything will be revealed bit by bit. I would say give it a try...
oh wow i didn't know that! Boss would slay in that character omg what a bummer
No, Santa was already in the original cast. Kay replaces Boss. Boss had the role of Jet. Tbh I'll probably always imagine the role with Boss. He fit perfectly in the trailer for me. He's so charismatic and would have completed the cast for me. I was so happy and excited when I saw that he was playing together with Boun and Prem. And I was disappointed by the new trailer. I'm waiting so much for the series and I hope, sincerely hope, that it will be realized according to Boun's wishes and that we won't hear so many pointless comic sounds. I'm also still kind of hoping that they'll get Boss back on board. That would be a huge (especially financial) payoff for GMMTV in my opinion. In any case 🤞🤞🤞🤞 that the series will be good.
If they still gave the release date it would be great because I am really looking forward to it and to Khemjira…
I think I saw somewhere on GMMTV last week that Revamp starts on 2/25. Had it marked in my calendar at least. Can't remember where I saw it though (Insta maybe?). GMMTV puts out so many posts that I can't find it anymore.🙈 I'll search again so I can add a link here.
I liked the series very, very much, even if the story could be stronger, especially in the last episode. To be honest I don't really care. I loved the intro, the music was good too, I liked the style of the show, the 70s flair.
I watched the show because of First and Khao, Joong and Dunk were never really on my radar. But the latter captivated me the most, from the story line to the style. Crop Top King Style... Hello, how good did that look on him? Also not to forget the concert scene... Fadel and Style looked damn hot. I also really liked their chemistry. The only thing they could work on is the kissing. The passion sometimes looked more like a fight 😅 But anyway, I thought the roles of Fadel and Style fit well with Joong and Dunk and I'm now eagerly awaiting their new series. I think it's good that the next mature plot is coming.
There were some good kisses with Kant and Bison. 😁 Really, it looks natural and you will enjoy watching it. Unfortunately, I have to say that First didn't quite convince me in his role (but I also expect a lot from FirstKhao). I saw First back in MC and it took me two more series with him for me to really like him. 😅 That's how much the role convinced me back then. It was ok in The Heartkillers, but it didn't pull me in as much this time. He seemed far too sweet for the role and not cunning enough. (And his tattoos just looked way too unnatural, that really distracted me) In my eyes, Khao carried the pairing of Kant and Bison this time. And I realized that I really have a soft spot for Khao. I really like him in his role. All in all, the show really warmed me up in these times and the style of the show and the actors captivated me. Yes, I like them.

However, I just read in the comments that they start filming on 2/25 and that's not the release date 😅 Naaaa great, now my anticipation is gone 🙈😅
