YG: My period is late.Me: 😳😳😳😆😆😆So the drama just slapped me in the face, telling me they won’t…
justjacky, why do you feel you need to spoil it for him and doing so,go spoil those other dramas perhaps for different audiences? Are you spiteful and target him because you feel some details were spoiled for you? In the long thread of comments, details had been discussed openly by many others. So if you are afraid of spoilers, just avoid reading comments until you've ended watching yourself. anyway this reply of yours has NOTHING to do with Amidst A Snowstorm of Love, and is totally irrelevant.
Yes : big plothole spotted!! LYY even mentioned once that he might purchase a "wedding house".... This guy sure…
If it is that lucrative, I'll advise everyone to stop studying and just go to the billiards hall, lol Oh I should add, timeline is fuzzy, but I got it that he proposed after 2years on and off absence to make a name through his comeback. Two years to amass millions? Maybe he used the opportunity to gamble successfully in Macao, instead of doing the financial investments he advised YG to do instead of putting all her money in short term investments.
It's like overdosing on cotton candy. So sweet, light, and fluffy. Those four are my favorite dramas over the…
Different tastes : I fell asleep on and ended up dropping NLB before finishing it like a chore. For historical costume drama, nothing trumps LLTG and A Journey To Love, or One and Only, for me : I know most just think they can't take the tragic ends of the latter two, but they are really top dramas. Besides, OaO is a duology with Forever and Ever, reincarnation story, that I liked a lot, for its realism. As for modern romance, my favorite ones remain L&P, The Forbidden Flower (which are both in the "less bland" category), or You Are My Glory, Love Is Sweet, Hi Venus, Road Home, Nothing But You, and Hidden Love -I probably forgot some, the list is not exhaustive :) Green flag only is not my preferred cup of tea anyway... I like spicy tea, Zhengshan xiaozhong (aka Lapsang souchong) and chai. "A cup of chai has several health benefits - it is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, lowers blood pressure, helps manage blood sugar, boosts brain energy and improves cardiovascular health."
This drama makes me think of this quote, can't remember the person's name." The eyes speak louder than the mouth…
Wu Lei has very expressive eyes. It is a joy to watch them, even in travel vlogs. Zhao Jinmai is ok, but I am less taken by her stares. Still, she is not the worst, she plays rather naturally, so it often turns out right.
Just a small question... What happened to the house that LYY and JY bought for their master? As per we know, his…
Yes : big plothole spotted!! LYY even mentioned once that he might purchase a "wedding house".... This guy sure had a lot of money to burn. Despite not being Daoming Si.
Does anyone know what we are supposed to do with our lives now that this has ended? What did I use to do with…
watch something else. Like flatworms mating process as mentioned by the protagonist in The Forbidden Flower, Xiao Han, to He Ran, the very forward young artist. That drama has a haunting OST. Those who loved the one of L&P will like it too. Not that AASOL OST is disappointing, it's nice to hear Wu Lei's voice in a singing snippet too. So, alternately, to fill the void : listen to nice OST playlists.
Yeah, I had a whole 8 mile thread on this topic yesterday.
right. some other commenter mentioned she said so "when she hugged her from behind" but I must have been drowsy then and missed the moment. So I was not sure until that answer in comments.
I would love to see that but I don’t think so, as no news. This drama really didn’t do justice to MXD and…
did not he have a car in Suzhou ? I was under that impression... So the motorcycle was ??? for me. Besides, is it that easy to ride & navigate an unfamiliar route on a Harley Davidson bought on a whim, for someone who is just used to bicycles? In China, motorcycles are not allowed to drive on some roads or motorroads reserved for 4 wheel vehicles... It lacks consistency, when there are loads of cheap taxis about (China is not like Finland where, yes, taxis all the time are over the top). The only purpose I saw was doing a commercial for Harley Davidson, just as, in Finland, the bike part was ad for Insera city bike. (But more natural, since bikes are indeed used and Wu Lei happens to be really skilled at riding bicycles). So purchasing that motorbike just for impressing YG and taking her out one night to feel the the trill (much later, after his impulse purchase) seemed like overkill and inconsistent with the thrifty character. If he had money to burn, there were better ways, no? Bad role model. Am I nitpicking?
Ah well, forget it. As long as you overlooked all that and liked the drama, why not... Leilei and Maimai sure looked good together on screen.

ok. For layman me, I've said my piece. If it was not a tutorial, then, there should not either have been so much of it : there was way too much screen time, imo, for the non specialists. It did disservice to the love story to dwell so much on it, apart from the sweet takes on dexterity. Also since I'm at it : what was LYY's "old injury"? Did he get mugged or fell and had an accident, breaking shoulder blade (I've been through it, but it heals well, don't suffer from it now, almost forgot it's one of the many bones I broke over the years!) . Was it shoulder tendonitis, or a displaced vertebra ? Or did he suffer from the rare but excruciatingly painful "frozen shoulder" syndrome that nothing can be done for satisfactorily except wait up till 2 years that it heals of own accord (been through it too: Western or CTM did not help in my case but now, it's only a memory of a time where I exercised in patience, and scoffing at pain in the "burning phase" for the benefits of those who can't feel it with a face looking like panda for lack of sleep. It was much more painful than walking on a broken foot, or going through dental surgery!) I thought the "old injury" mention was also not very well introduced.
but did you watch US dramas? GOT red wedding rings a bell? its gore galore.
