13-14 were on Wednesday 7 with LYY and YG flying off for short trip. Not to an "island" but "abroad" , to France, specifically.
15-16 now on Thursday 8 with (edited: no Parisian excitement, that must be elsewhere, not in that episode finally) and going back to Finland to pack up and leave the shared apartment and coffee beans (from preview) and next flying back to China. Since there is a cake pictured there's may be a birthday (yes: Yin Guo's and he flies over to meet her).
17-18 on Sunday 11 after people have digested CNY new year's eve and visited temples and kin as tradition prescribes. I have refrained from peeking at previews. Compass needle, cherries, billiard ball (?) and copper teapot (?) we shall see what these are clues for.
Next until Wednesday 14, two episodes daily until (edit: episode 24), with a microphone and heart pictured so this looks like a HE with some public announcement (wedding?).

But wait: the drama has 30 episodes... and there's news that there is/will be a Fast track for VIP members for 29-36. (this part updated Feb 8 after viewing 15-16)

Hahaha, it's in his genes. Look at Leilei even after having had a prop blowing up into his face a few years ago. He did not even do cosmetic surgery. And his keeping fit routine is awesome (saw that in the videos that were aired alongside LLTG,). Wu Lei was a good fitness coach in "Nothing But You": these guys know that muscle is important. Especially if you have to shoulder hard labor and study or taking care of companies.

It looks tiring but is not that far from Annecy. I have driven that stretch in the past, and back, with a friend (from China) who also wished to see these parts. In fact, we drove all the way from Chamonix to Switzerland next, and toured also through the Black Forest in Germany, as we were based in Lyon for that vacation time.

We must assume that YIYANG (not Liyang, the ML character's name is Lin Yiyang nicknamed Duncuo) is an experienced driver too, just as in real life Wu Lei is, although he is (judging from his vlogs) more brusque at the wheel than I am. But in the vlogs he does not drive looking away from road ahead ; I frowned when I saw Yiyang shooting a glance to Yinguo, preferred nickname Xiaoguo, when he was driving... Stopping the car for a pause was better driving behavior.

The team did go to Paris which I think will be seen in next episodes, where he'll take Yin Guo on a motorcycle drive along the Champs Elysees avenue.

The Leimi and Maixiang are probably less numerous in France than in China where Leilei will be spotted even on the far out Tianshan mountain roads, but strangely not remembered to be skilled at horse riding like a Mongol. He can even lie back on horseback to gaze at the sunset.... My type of guy, totally!

I think only foreign audience relying on the faulty translation were confused. If you understand a bit of Chinese, "haiwai" clearly means overseas, abroad, other country... How far was the surprise.

So, he needed to be able to fork out say 1000 Eur/month for classes and expenses : he had seed money. He could make money by various jobs, even carrying beer crates, before getting a work permit. Average full time salary is 3,974 EUR per month. Part time should have afforded him enough to spare anyway. He was not burdened with a family to support at home in China, or in Finland.
Foreign citizens are entitled to student financial aid (not much though, something like 270 Eur/month max like local citizens) if they live in Finland on a permanent basis for the purpose other than studying and they have registered as permanent residents in the Finnish population register system. All universities everywhere can decide on whether or not to grant exceptional tuition waiving. If LYY worked with them (as it is shown he does as assistant lecturer), it is possible that his tuition was reduced.

I think you have a point about starting with prize money, but he was said to have been working a lot. We saw him familiar with tourist guide buses and restaurants,,and he was clearly teaching for money too. Not really enough to become wealthy, except if like we also saw he did, was extremely money conscious usually.

Sorry the story does not work for you. I find it is up till now very sweet and not just cute to look at. The only thing I have problems with is believing he could be a 27 or 28 year old virgin. So many girls are shown to try to ease his way, in the billiards room, and at the university. But wth, it's drama...

Wu Lei is serious about details. He even took lessons in guqin playing before his snippet sequence at the banquet in LLTG. He loves sports too: he is skilled in horse riding, biking (bike treks vlogs), martial arts, knows both tennis and badminton...

Much better than LMLMV yes. No running down rice terraces in unlikely Miao wedding disguise or acting sick in bed to lure the girl come play Florence Nightingale style nurse. I liked the music a lot, and generally, JC-T, but not the plot and the way it was filmed. I fell asleep several times in the drags of LMLMV! Only finished it through will power, shaking my head at the Li river revisiting to carry FL for cute photos.
