Yes, that's a beautiful MV too. The song is easier on her voice than mangzhong, but fits her natural singing voice very well. ZLS is not a very trained singer with an extraordinary range like Sa DingDing, but she clearly likes singing and when she performs her songs, it is pleasing to the eyes too. And she does play the guzheng.

It is also funny to notice how make-believe the "steamy" hot "French kisses" in c dramas are, even when not blatant fish kisses in Janice Wu Qian style or hidden-from-camera no-kiss (according to contract) from Allen Ren Jialun who makes do with fiery gazes instead.
Zhang Binbin was wonderful when he achieved a for-once believable kiss from Wu Qian in ep20 of Here We Meet Again... (but this one is not as sweet as HL nor as steamy as The Forbidden Flower and Road Home which are anchored in my top 3 first semester 2023 romances in that order ?)

She posted it 3 hrs ago on YT, I noticed in my suggested list, below notifications, although I have unsubscribed long ago. There was a mention that it had been viewed 8.3k a couple hours ago. I am not going to open the offending thing, title is clear that this is another one of the hellish hypocritical rants.
Youku ought to react and have this taken down ; they can because surely she used a lot of pix. If another Youtuber who thought she was ok doing translation of ost got flagged by a platform, then surely this AvX could get flagged too.
I think it almost happened already : remembering from a long while when there still was some value and less poison in her vids, that she complained she might have to take her audience to a backup channel..
I am all for freedom of speech and writing but not if it is deliberately misleading unsuspecting audiences to form a group of hater cultists, which is my feeling when I notice some other "commenters". How many are the toxic lot, I don't know ; some hinted that some fake acounts were apparently created :
one such "ayukuuh98 " (https://kisskh.at/profile/kikk888) for sure got exposed. That "person had rated WRTW ,LLTG and Long ballad 0.5 ..such an obvious Lusi hater and rated all Shen Yue dramas 10. And then rated Hidden love 0.5 after watching 25/25 episodes (25 episodes like Where ..they aren't even released) "
and when I out of curiosity checked the profile, this was someone who joined MDL after June 18 and had only 2 things in watchlist : very unlikely profile, imo!
But this feud is tiring and ruining my good mood ; certainly what these horrible haters hope to achieve, so I'll go clear my head while listening to some music and have a snack before checking on Netflix to rewatch from start!
And I shall just make a note of those haters and trolls' names and handles and avoid reading or listening to their poison from now on. Ignoring them, not bringing more views for them, even if I warn that I spotted the trace of their dung...

Aaaah General Ling Buyi 🔥🔥🔥 was not bad either ! But that was in another era, where feelings had to be more restrained and where circumstances were much worse than in peaceful 21st century China. LLTG will not be forgotten.
Do you remember the "drunk girl riding the horse" scene ? so funny and sweet too. The puking on sweetheart here reminded me of that one. C-dramas have a way of making such awkwardness delightful.

The snippets are designed as a sort of puzzle for audience to fit them in the appropriate time line in the episode. Clues are clothing and other things. The honey pot was before he waited for her at the karaoke, for instance : the clue is the bag he carries and gives her while she returns to dorm.

You missed the snippet at the end of ep 13, hurry to watch it, and the other snippets at end of episodes, if you sped past them !

Interesting. Yes it is the second "claw machine" scene, the one when she is in college. a the beginning of ep11. But is the actor Lu Dong Xu (who plays Jiang Ming character) or is it a stand in who wears similar clothes (except for the striped T shirt under the denim jacket, in the released scene)?
I suppose that must have been either a snippet from rehearsal or from casting.

I haven't checked out cdrama invasion's channel for a while... She is is another reporter who has sometimes valuable views or at least brings information, but her videos can also be quite long and mixed with kdrama news that are not my main focus, and unfortunately, she is not as considerate as Marcus is, who timestamps the titles of the dramas he mentions in video presentation.
One thing that's also not in favor of AvX especially when she bulldozes through 25 items in one sitting like she did for the video to which I reacted in anger. (HL was mentioned 2nd in that list)
Marcus mentioned the list, but said he would give more info when and if airings would come to screens : we have noticed many got postponed, forgotten perhaps shelved until it "snows in August" in China (not that unlikely an event: it did, on 4th ring north of BJ in 2007 from what I remember!)
Ah, just perused cdrama invasion's latest video "Tencent Reveals New Dramas, Lusi’s Hidden Love, Yang Zi, Zhao Liying’s Shen Li etc. (Ep 162)" of June 23, where she mentions HL around the 2:00 timestamp. It had not aired yet when she prepared her video, and she believed it to be mostly a college drama, but was looking forward to watch the sweet story "appropriate for the summer" when she'd be off on travels.

Ok, so you don't need the drama to get them to tell you their story and could perhaps not cast the drama on to bigger screen in order to share it with them and friends: so sad 🤣
