The scenery, cast, and production value were all great. Actually, almost everything about this was great except for the plot. I lost interest about half way which was a real shame because the film as a whole has really cool vibes.

I didn't have to adjust the cc. I just hit the 'pick a subtitle' button and kept trying different subtitles (there are MANY to chose from) until I found one that matched the audio perfectly :P

He is then approached by a young boy trying to hitch a ride into the big city. Recalling the child trafficker's offer, he takes the boy with him. Should he sell this strange boy to save his son? The film follows Da Liang and this moral dilemma.
I'm living for these historical BLs. The long hair, the costumes, the forbidden romance; it's all too perfect. This definitely needed to be longer for the amount of plot they were throwing at us btw. I still loved it.
What a great film. I was nervous to watch this because the story of Park Jong Chul makes me sad. I'm glad I did, though. So proud of anyone who stands against oppression!
