I think they may definitely make us question CP true thinking so that we doubt him /it creates suspense but if he becomes a villain it will just feel like all the work laid in season 1 between him & Uk was a waste.

That scene on the bridge and the scene where Uk looks at the portrait of his father really broke my heart.

But I’m glad we got complete closure between both the characters and now the shippers can also see it’s been made clear.

As I said last week, Naksu herself has finally found peace, love and happiness and thinks of the person NAKSU as a part of her past who has died. She herself feels she is MD and WANTS to be MD, not Naksu and if she cannot continue to do that it will be enormously painful and difficult for her so I stopped rooting for it long ago when the STORY itself was clearly developing that way.

I am not rooting for any actor or actress and have only ever rooted for Uk and MD to find a happy peaceful life together and it was clear a return to Naksu while many are cheering because of the “badass” scenes, will only bring misery to the actual characters.

Todays ending was beautiful and I am so sad for what’s to come, it looks like Jin Mu will realize that Naksu’s soul still lives and is inside BY and he will have some idiotic “BELL” to hypnotize her into assassin mode (this is giving the show jump the shark vibes to me but I pray it’s not) , that combined with MAMA JIN saying “You are in my daughters body” will put pressure from all angles on MD and not allow her to exist as she currently does.

Misery is to come for our newly engaged couple and it sucks. I don’t know how the Hong Sisters intend to let it unfold but it seems cruel to the characters and audience if just when MD looks happy she is forced to go back to her old body, old life of misery. But since ya’ll want Badass OG Naksu back CONGRATS!!!! Naksu herself DOES NOT!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

Also, what continues to bug me is that in the 200 years of history in Daeho, as far as I can recall, there has not been a single instance of someone who died, their body was cremated, their soul shifted, and then they were able to bring back their body and shift back into it. So I continue to feel like if in fact, the original Naksu body comes back when even GWIGU could not be recovered from the ashes…… it’s a plot hole. And if Jin Mu magically kept her body on ice it’s another nonsensical plot hole.

But since everyone has so much faith it will all make sense I will just have faith with you! Sigh 🤯😭🙏🏼

Bu Yeon is her first name. Not her last name. Her last name is Jin because Jin take moms last name. Her father is a Choi.

Her sisters FIRST name is CHO Yeon. You just made an understandable mistake because in Korea last names are first.

Highly doubtful he will go against Uk based on the trust they have built and the scene today where Uk proves he does not want to outshine CP and asked CP to take credit. CP and Uk may work together secretly against Jin Mu will be my guess.

Do not think CP turns villain. He will play along with Jin Mu if necessary but the scene where Jang Uk asks Crown Prince to take all credit is there for a reason, to show that Uk does not covet the throne and does not want to overshine CP. CP has always been written as smart when it comes to these things so if now they make him easily brainwashed and trust Jin Mu over UK it would be bad writing.

BM so far is excellent, hits all the right notes for a crime thriller/mature husband & wife who are both really smart.

It’s never fully explained but it’s implied that it’s only certain families /descendants of previous mages……. Tbh they haven’t really explained it well. Jin Mu is a Jin so he comes from a mage lineage. The Crown Prince is a Seo on his moms side so he also has mage lineage. I think only defendants of certain bloodlines have an energy gate that a enables them to train in magic.

BM is a very very good show *so far* and I’ve liked everything he’s been in EXCEPT Romance is the Bonus book. You are the only other person I know that doesn’t rave about it. It was a total dud for me!

They have attributed running wild to the new soul clashing with the new body which creates cracks. I continue to feel like BY body is a manufacture of the stone that lives and breathes because of the ice stone and BY soul isn’t a regular soul and kind of resides between worlds. Between the living and the dead. Between the heavens and the earth. Between land and water. It’s physically weak because it’s not really supposed to be of the living mortal world which is why only with Naksu souls can it see. So I do believe that her very existence is made of the ice stone.

Yes but that still isn’t proof of something more and still falls in the lines of cameo. Her adr narrations are few and far between. That is not to say she doesn’t appear visually in Part 2. It’s just not proof that she does.
