She is now testing Naksu to see if Naksu will make the right decisions, choose love over revenge, choose sacrifice over power, and is capable of being a priestess with ice stone powers. Kind of the same way Jang Uk is being tested by Hemp Master. Will their souls pass or fail? That’s the story.

She was insulted but I didn’t think she was scary but she was definitely ancient & powerful and knows how miserable having that much power is and is laughing at Naksu thinking she can handle it and all the sacrifices that come with it.

She definitely does not have JBY personality! I also agree that she’s either Jin-Seol-Ran(the first priestess of the actual ice stone or they are the same thing! )

I think there *were* more than one 200 years ago but Master Seo destroyed them all except one. Either that or there was always just one. In the current timeline there is only one and your chain of custody seems accurate.

Right? JBY is supposed to be overly nice….. which makes me wonder if the reason they showed her as a child and adult is because the child JBY was only half alive and living off of OG JIN Priestesses powers and when she was thrown off the boat she really did die but OG Jin kept her body alive during the Sari village era waiting for the right soul to come in the body. I don’t know….. She was super sassy as the adult so I think that was for sure OG JIN telling her not to insult her and call her a relic lol

Honestly I’m baffled by the negative comments about todays episode. Everything is now coming to a head. There wasn’t one down or filler moment in this episode.

Tomorrow will be bananas and so will next weekends finale. But this is only PART 1 of a story that will clearly end up being Jin Mu vs Songrim/Jin family/JangGang/Seo’s fighting sorcery. With UK/MD as the new Master Seo & His Lover Priestess Jin having to save Daeho.
