Yup! I'm with you! As much as the angst hurt and WE know he will never let her go, she doesn't know it yet. As far as character development goes and in terms of being a sensible woman/spirit I think she's doing the right thing based on what she's lived through and knows.
Watching the episode I felt like Yan Dan was tempted by TZ's overtures but from her perspective (and she said as much) he (TZ) had a limited mortal life and was going to revert back to YY. She'd have to be a fool to try and take another bite of that apple.
Yes YY loves her, yes he's suffered, yes I think he's learned his lesson but from HER perspective he still has to deal with the three realms and where does that leave her? She can't really shack up with TZ, wait for him to turn back into YY and then be all "Well you promised me when you were a mortal, you need to deal with me now!"
From a logical and sensible perspective she has no choice but to try and figure out this life in the mortal realm by herself, for herself.
I don't think she's acting on hurt alone, I think she's thinking with her head and breaking her heart and TZ's heart in an attempt to be pragmatic.
