Yea, it’s happy ending with love of PDAs when the couple finally get together. They do have chemistry too. The drama emulates is real life so the couple don’t start professing love to each other or acting over heels in love in a short period of time (if you’re looking for fast paced romance, May not be for you). But, when they fall in love, it’s like two actual adults and beautiful to watch.
Also, the drama is a leisure watch (it’s not fast paced) but really entertaining. Every character had their story told properly.

That’s reality. The drama is reality based. Moreover love in the real world is closer to what is portrayed here.

A 40 episode drama that is worth every watch. Matured characters, realistic storylines, beautiful scenes, an all round great drama. A 10/10.
Bonus: everyone in this drama look amazing. From the kid actors, to the younger actors and to the old actors, all beautiful people. Of course Liu Yifei is a classic beauty

The stylist and those who worked on the set, were fantastic.

I went on a journey with this drama and it felt like a great adventure.

I want to see mor dramas like this from China. I’m tired of seeing childish 20 and 30 year olds on my screens or where love stories that are awfully made.

I’m so happy Li Yufei is choosing matured and good scripts to appear in. This shows her level of acting and how much she’s grown

Unless that. I was expecting it to be closer to part 1’s characteristics.

I don’t think so. She basically trained him and was his master. They only pretended to be maid and Owner in front of people to hide her true identity. She controlled the narrative as Mudeok. Then part 2 came, she realised who she and after all the calamity when they went hunting for the relics, she wasn’t fighting but instead hiding behind him.
They made her to be a powerful and strong character and then somehow relegated her to an ordinary lover woman by part 2.

I was happy to finish the second half of this show but, my rating is lower for this Part 2. I preferred Part 1. It was more badass and had lots of action. Part 2 felt like a love-focused show with little to no action which I felt was the ethos of this show. All that preparing for Season 1 to show us a powerful Naksu and she ends up behind the man at the end, him now her protector and her being weak. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️

I still found her to be too tiny 🤭🤭🤭. How tiny was she before?

This was a great drama but it was about 5 - 6 episodes too long which caused the drama to repeat storylines in different ways.

Such weird ending. Not terrible, but somewhat disappointing. I spent over 24 hours to watch 16 episodes and they give me that ending 😖

That scene where Banxia runs into Dr Su while jogging and he says “我觉得你挺好的“ and she asks him ”你可以在这看出来了“ I burst out laughing. The way she was sarcastically asking him and he was busy seriously answering 🤣🤣

Absolutely loved this drama. A real breath of fresh air. Chinese c-drama endings are usually disastrous, but this drama did it differently and made a perfect ending. I will miss it.

This drama didn’t disappoint at all. I even found the ending right for the genre (that’s a big praise for C-dramas and their shitty endings that’s usually rushed). Such a gem 😍

Probably will join the company of his girlfriend. Taking the offer of Gao Xu will mean he will leave his girlfriend and he didn’t like working in Risingnlady anymore

This drama surprised me. I randomly picked it up and it didn’t disappoint. I loved the leading ladies (although I found Duomei to be sometimes nerve grating. Maybe because I am seeing it from a less conservative lady perspective).
I would say is ending isn’t bad ( C-dramas are notorious for terrible endings). Someone the end result for each of the 3 leading ladies are not bad. Given each of their personalities, I would say it’s accurate enough.

I am really appreciating the beauty of Qin Hai Lu (Lei Li), her eyes draw me in (hehe). I don't know if it's the character she's playing, but I love her carriage as well. She does play her role well.

Ok, I am just catching up with this drama but I need to leave this comment for Ep. 12 (especially the restaurant scene between Lei Li, Gao Xu and Chen BiDe/ChaoShang). The conversations had me laughing hard and the face on BiDe 🤣 🤣. Also, l also like the tactics by Ren DuoMei toward her mother-in-law. I may not like her solely depending on her survival from her husband and his family, but I do like that she seems to be waking up.

Out of nowhere 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The writer is so funny and the Director is just silly for actually going along with it
