Yes this episode was the first time I admitted to myself that these characters shouldn’t be together. I’m…
They'll resolve it the same way they resolved it when Fifth got exposed for lying the first time. Silent treatment, more arguments, forgiveness, flirting, romance and then more drama to fill up the remaining episodes.
Watching this Dangerous Romance, Our Story and this finale within 24 hours has convinced me that the BL gods have either abandoned us completely or they hate us. Either way, we should all pray that 2024 is a better year for BL than 2023.
I could write pages on how much of a let down this show was, even though I never expected it to be good. This isn't the worst Thai BL of the year, but it's the worst one I finished. And it's one of the most unnecessarily convoluted series I've seen.
I truly wish that the person who wrote the CP trilogy doesn't have a another story that gets turned into a series. I hope ZeeNew and MaxNat never have to play any of these characters again. And that their future series have much stronger scripts and better directors.
I want to thank little Nong and Zee for making this show watchable even after it stopped being funny or even mildly enjoyable. That dog made every episode better. And even though I've never been a huge Zee fan. He was the only one who knew the assignment from start to finish and wasn't afraid to let Lian be COMPLETELY over this bullshit.
Wow, this week Xion really brought bomb to the dumpster fire he created. Just when I thought I couldn't be more done with Zeke and Fifth's relationship Xion threw a whole bunch of romance in the first half of the episode only to turn our "good guy" into a cheater.
With 6 more episodes of forced drama, pain, tears and suffering, all I can say is this show should have been canceled long before they started filming. Love triangles and BL don't mix well. Especially when the writer is completely incompetent and has no idea what BL fans actually want to see. This man should be banned from making BLs every again. Seriously, there is no excuse to totally destroy characters like this. We all know Keke and Fifth are going to end up together, but this version of the characters SHOULD BREAK UP FOREVER. This is not love, this is a tragedy.
At this point I feel worse for Kevin than I do Keke or Fifth. There's no law that says when someone confesses to you, you have to immediately accept it. Especially when that could jeopardize your friendship and when you never considered having those feelings for your male friend in the past. Everyone keeps saying Kevin is a bad guy, but the audience hasn't been shown that. We've seen him do all he could to find Keke, then talk to him, explain himself, apologize and confess his love. If this series was told from his perspective there would be no doubt that him and Keke were end game and serial liar Fifth was just a rebound there to delay Kevin and Keke getting back together.
I can't recall the last show that I looked forward to every week knowing I would be disappointed while I watched, but here I am. Jealous of the people who were smart enough to drop this weeks ago. Constantly trying to remind myself that I've seen Perth and Chimon give great acting performances in the past. Trying to deal with the whiplash I get from each disjointed scene. Trying to understand how the average person can go from washing cars to escorting sooooooooooo fast. And really wishing Name and Saifah were the leads instead of a whiney rich kid who quickly changes his mind over and over as much as the wind blows and a boy whose character motivations align with whatever random thing the script says with total inconsistency. I'm convinced they only turned Sailom into a damsel so he could be rescued by Kang and Kang could be "redeemed" for tossing him aside in the blink of an eye. Why is there no cctv that recorded the shooting? A family that rich would have lots of surveillance!
I love seeing comments from people on episode 2-5 confused about why people are dragging the show. We were all you once, just wait a few more episodes and you'll understand!
My brain hurts, I'm glad there's only 2 episodes left.
agree..this is mediocre, okaish.. infact ep 5.. and genuinely not invested much in the lead couple.. i mean watch…
I think it's actually better and more realistic than most high school BLs. And I'm glad to see that so many people are loving it. I'm sure if I read the manga, I'd be more invested in the series. But with so many great JBLs in recent years, it's impossible for everyone to love every story equally. I also think I would have loved it if I waited and binged the whole series.
We've been down this road too many times. I'm not getting my hopes up and will wait until ALL of the episodes air before I give it a chance. If you don't know why some of us are apprehensive about this, check other recent Chinese "BLs".
One of the few series I can't wait to see in 2024. Yay for another BL not geared solely towards teenagers! I loved Inn in Miracle of the Teddy Bear and Great was awesome in Manner of Death. I was so glad when each of them joined GMMTV. I'm so glad they're the leads in this series.
Odd title choice since there's already a BL called Golden Blood and I'm sure the names will confuse people looking for this when it airs. But this is definitely the series I'm most looking forward to from the GMMTV 2024 line up. I'm so happy Fluke is getting another leading role. Him and Joss look great together. I hope this airs in early 2024 and doesn't disappoint.

In the end CP was better.

I hate it here, I'll be back next week.
