I would say that about your post LOL what I presented in objective evidence - it is clear from the drama plot. It is VISIBLE RIGHT THERE ..... so your attempt to pretend that it does not exist by delusional "feeling" is just a gaslighting attempt to deny clear facts :)

hm where was an affair in Love, take 2? his "wife" was trying to swindle him - but she never succeeded..

wow... so many thoughts are going through my head - what a way to get rid of kids! .... wow what kind of country is this when you are trying to help the kid by putting them into a "better" environment so far away from home? ... wow what kind of adults these kids will be??? so wounded... trained to be rootless from early on... no mom, dad, siblings.... autnies, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, .... only left to some far family.... Sponsor family??? who are those?? kids are practically alone in a foreign land... Of course if parents at home are clutzes, this is better.... wow....

Also, I would like us not to put down daily dramas. DAILY DRAMAS ARE LIKE LONGER VERSION OF SHORT DRAMAS THESE DAYS ... and always include families and many characters and intertwined stories, a lot more complex plot, over period of time, which short dramas cannot bc they are too short ... So ... good dailies are quite good these days!
I have seen Queen's House, First Man, Woman Who Swallowed the Sun, Pearl in Red, some of Graceful Liar, and this one.
Graceful liar was trash, like a long cheap short drama lol WWSTS was very ... dumb.. PIR could get overdramatic but that is going away... PIR red has some amazing dialogues and scenes!!!! the only thing left is holding the camera on one frozen scene forever witih "obvious" faces.... QH was soap for about 20-30 ep... and then ... like a longer weekend drama or a long short drama! First Man and this drama totally look like a longer version of a short drama or a family weekender..... So ... why not have higher expectations?

As for production costs - a lot of that are A-line actors working for $500K per episode.. And honestly, I LOVE good daily dramas bc they do NOT have those A-line actors :) they have real people... young, old, new, experienced, unplasticized, eating properly, ...
And kdramas do not need huge budgets to be effective. Remember My Love From Another Star? We all knew Do Min Ho was an alien - just by his perfectly combed hair, black clothes, and stiff attitude. No special effects needed... Kdramas are INCREDIBLY CREATIVE.

I am all for good dailies, bc as I said, a good daily is just a longer short /weekender drama, conveniently packed in 30 mins so that you can watch if you are short on time. You get a good plot, high quality acting, lots of interesting actors, you get to see new stars being made, etc. First Man and Our Happy Days look quite classy, imo. Pearl in Red suffers from ... crude camera imo but has a decent plot too. Dailies are a great way for many actors to have a stable job and income, I hope, to keep acting, to debut, to get lead roles.... Dailies have work for actors who are older.... who have normal weight... who have normal faces... Dailies do not require sacrificing health .... FL in Queen's House/First Man is a super excellent actress. She gets to be a lead.... so a career in dailies is totally legit

A secret to a good daily - or any good drama - is a capable FL - bc that is usually the missing link, making the FL stupid/dumb/naive - but kind :) So these recent dailies have smart FLs and that suddenly opened a whole universe of possible plots, so the plot is dynamic and moves fast, which makes the drama interesting.

Dailies are getting smarter bc we the audience are asking for it :) We are now getting smarter FLs, etc. Pearl in REd and First Man are in top 6 watched in Korea! Our Happy days can be too. 30 mins is easy to invest in watching some good acting and plot.

SO GO FOR IT, MAKE GOOD DAILIES THE THING!!!!

Precisely bc it is a daily drama, it is a GREAT TIME to work on improving skillZ.

You might be surprised but daily dramas these days have some amazing actors, young or old... (e.g. FL in Queen's House/First Man, Baek Ho in First Man, Lawyer in Woman Who Swallowed the Sun, Nan Suk and Chairman in Graceful Liar, etcetcetcetc) and also many actors who get their first role or their first LEAD role and go from nothing to really acting well (e.g. Kang Gi Chan in Queen's House). Also, I LOVE that more real ppl act in dailies - plastic surgery and BMI of 10 is *not*required, and to be honest, that is one of the main reasons I watch good dailies. I dislike plasticized skeletons as actors. But I digress.

it is in ML"s interest to act better, I am sure he is capable of it. Sorry if it looks harsh to you... fyi I was not the only one who complained about his acting. From my point of view, I am HELPING him get better, and my advice is even free :) I think it is a win-win situation - we get a better drama and the actor gets more skillZ to use anywhere. I will think more highly of him if he starts acting better.... And.. Since I am trained to coach and evaluate performers, I am convinced that my feedback is not totally useless.

Think of a daily drama as a paid chance to practice :) Nothing personal, we are not condemning the actor, we are giving feedback :) for MUTUAL benefit :)

FYI - i like daily dramas bc that is where I can see REAL PEOPLE acting, not some plasticized skeletons. Since this drama was off, I watched 2022 kdrama Soundrack #1 with Park Huyng Sik from 2022... WOOOOW!!!! what happened in just a few years, that actors and actresses are now so skinny, like stray cats??? Watching a ML in 2022 is like night and day from watching a ML in 2026...
2022 ML looks like a man, has bulk, shoulders, chest, legs, larger head, face, hands, ... clearly a MAN.
And 2026 ML looks like a skinny girl.... Even Chinese military recently roasted ML from Pursuit of jade for not looking masculine enough and wearing makeup. o course , he DOES look a skinny girl with makeup...
SO I REALLY WANT TO STOP STARVING THE ACTORS
BC TOO THIN IS NOT SEXY, IT LACKS VIBRANCY AND LIFE, IT IS QUITE ... UGLY ... AND UNNECESSARY...
i guess many actors are fashion and advertisements models, and fashion industcty requires impossible BMI of like 13 (and mininum is 18.5) so I am not sure what the solution is, but hey, these skeleton ppl are NOT attractive nor sexy at all, they are just UNHEALTHY and it shows...

I watched this in April 2026...
In summary: the only value of this drama is:
1. to realize the drama is a delulu dream of some spoiled immature chick

2. to enjoy looking at the ML actor. WOW WHAT A GREAT LOOKING ***MAN***!!!!! shoulders, chest, legs, face... of a MAN... not a skinny teenage girl.... the way that all modern actors look!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED IN JUST A FEW YEARS THAT ALL ACTORS LOOK LIKE SKELETONS??? so U G L Y !!!!

3. to realize how handsome actors and actresses ARE and WERE before it became fashionable to look like a skeleton.

This is the best ever I saw PHS!!!! He is so atttactive!!! he is bulky enough and he looks like a MAN. Shoulders, chest, legs, face. HE IS A MAN!!!!!

These days, male actors dont look like a MAN but like a starved stray cat. And they all got dark circles under their eyes from all that starving. They are NOT attractive, there i snothing STRONG and masculine about them. No energy, vibrancy, etc.
The only one is Bon Appetit Your Majesty ML, and also Haunted Palace ML. They are the only ones who really looked like energetic men. in the entire 2024-present. Hm this is incorrect. I can think of some others. But too many!!!!

The lady too, has a little bit crooked nose. These days, plastic surgery is so severe, nobody would let her live free like that!!!!!

ML and FL both got muscles on them and they are lively and energetic

Wow this little drama is good enough to just to look at PHS and admire his looks!!!!!

The drama is soooo cheesy.... one of those delulu chick baits "the flawed chick has a perfect guy doting on her FOREVER waiting for her to say yes and being totally loyal only to her. Not even s.x with anyone else for 20 yrs he waits for her."
WOW CAPOOL lol FL script is annoying and unrealistic :) The actress is doing a good job at it and yes she is pretty but... the character is like a little girl :) UNTIL THE VERY LAST SCENE, when she confesses - wow that is one skilled actress!!!! ...

so PHS is a main draw to watch the drama :( to be honest.... The drama is a clickbait for little girls :) and I think PHS knows it, based on how he is acting and clearly pretending and forcing himself.

It seemed to me that PHS is a little bored with this role. This is too cliche and too simple, and not interesting to him. IT IS CLEAR HE KNOWS IT IS A FAKE PLOT lol and that he is used as the eye candy.... And .... Perhaps his real life is not like this so this "quiet good boy" is too ... simple. He looked more interested in Burried Hearts. Well that was a lot more important drama...

The music is AMAZING!!!! it is all classical piano music similar to

And I am so happy to see the main villain from The Nice Guy!!!! that drama was worth watching just for his performance. Wow that actor has PRESENCE!!!! some real skillZ!!!! even in this little drama, he shines, he is super memorable. Wow great acting skillZ!

Then.. Lapdog... is he finding JH's dad? did Lapdog disappear? So he could be causing problems...

Then episodes about Seo Rim rehab - maybe ... 4 at least? SR rehab and her settling in... ? JM will have to wheel her around the company for a while... ?
Then episodes about telling the Chairman... ah that's gonna be tricky...
Then episodes about resolving the Gold Diggers...
then episodes resolving JM's family...

1 ep for BH-JM wedding :)
Maybe 1-2 episodes for "later" time skip ? kids... CEOs... ? etc/

JH's dad coming back.. ?
Twin's dad coming back... ?

Hm it may or may not add up to 40 eps so perhaps there will be more problems :) If Lapdog is on the run, he can cause problems. Chairman might want to cover it all up... JH can be exploding, CheaterDad and DumbCheatedWife too, etc.

HOWEVER, there are no dailies in May, bc of elections, so the drama has to quickly kinda wrap up and leave at a good cliffhanger...

Wow a rare kdrama where FL is a lot stronger actor than ML... !!!!

Gyeol actor is a terrible actor, everything is clearly pretense rather than being the character. That could be deadly. His half brother actor is not great but at least can smile and look attractive. Gyeol is pale, skinny tired, and soooo serious and poofed up. He is NOT a nice thing to see on the screen.

I do hope Gyeol actor gets some fast acting lessons and relax and ACT.

FL is great. What a rare gem :) I love her shoes too :) And her script is decent, she is a smart person. Whew.

So now the only thing left to do, is to find a suitable ML. Gyeol actor is inadequate. He better improve or he is gonna ruin the drama.

The audience was right in saying that Woman Who Swallowed the Sun was boring bc the plot was super dumb. MBC should have listened. I suppose they dont read audience feedback so whatever we say here is lost to the wind

Also, the audience cannot be killing a drama with suggestions for going in a wrong direction

For example:
The audience wanted an exciting Graceful Liar, all consuming blood thirty revenge, and the drama went into the cesspool direction and became trash.
The audience wants smart FLs, but in Our Golden Days, the audience ROASTED a spoken up perceptive FL who wanted things discussed. The audience called her clingy and unlikeable - and the drama was driven into very stupid usual boring.
The audience liked For Eagle Brothers senior-home-bland-sterile-prim-proper-plot and the drama was just that, blah blah of politeness without any action

In Queen's House, the audience put up with Se Ri and even had sympathy for Gi Chan. And ppl did not mind stupid FL for the first 30 episodes, causing death of several people by her stupidity and naivette.

To me, First Man is pretty good. I really like this drama. I like the warm family feel that does not get overwhelmed by crime and violence. I would not change much in terms of events,

but I would remove the details that show that JM is the same dumb she ever was, and I would put more footage of her trying to work out her growing stronger. Small stuff. I think the plot is reasonable for the circumstances.

One thing I decided to do is to stop writing here. I feel out of sync with the audience that roots for the evil people to be doing harm just for the sake of "excitement". I think there are MANY ways to jazz up a drama. Sure, the villains will cause prblems but there are other ways too.

So I will have to leave the comments section in this drama although it is my favorite daily drama. I might post something here and there but I dont want to participate until I see CONSTRUCTIVE suggestions for improvement. Thanks. Bye.

Chairman is in the background, he has ppl tailing and he knows. But he is indirectly a villain - he doesnt care for ppl, he cares for his company - so he lets CEO Chae do nasty stuff and covers it up

As someone so astutely said - JM cannot be thinking that HY is using SR's bdray for her safe, or REPEATEDLY hiding critical info from her teammates "to not hurt their feelings", or thinking that a family doctor will do a swindle with her and keep it quiet, etc. JM got in there to rob the safe but she has no clue how the safe works and did not think of possible passwords...and did not think of the cctv... Things like these are very recklessly stupidly dumb.

So how can it be fixed? how can you fill in the time of the drama with smarter plot? I guss we have to help the MBC and the writer to save their drama.
SO GUYS, write your opinions, how would you fix this script now.

For example, GoldDiggers are interesting bc they observe, talk about it, come up with a theory, try to prove it, then discuss again and again....

For example I would have JM and BH repeatedly spend time discussing if they want to say something to Chairman and why yes why not. They should have been doing THAT on the way to police station. Also, making copies of their evidence....
I would have more scenes of JM planning her moves and doing stuff, like searching, even when she is not caught. I would show JM thinking over and over about telling BH.... it would be a fun skit to have scenes where she imagines what could happen....
I would have more scenes about JH thinking what happened to him in the past as he contemplates the future....
I would TOTALLY cut out supposedly coy scenes where JM brushes off BH's romancing. It just looks stupid to see a grown woman behave like an elementary school kid. I would put more scenes of them flirting for real.
I would have more scenes of JM's family and how they live now.
I would have more scenes of SR and taking care of her in the hospital - how are they hiding her where she is? and I would wake her up asap. I would have more scenes of HY trying to find SR hospital and failing. Like trailing BH - how is he avoiding that? It would be fun to see that there was a plan to protect SH and how it failed. The way it is, it seems they just left SH alone and SR alone without any measures...

I think very simple fixes would give a message that JM is not a dumb naive good little girl but a more mature adult who is planning her moves and moving on forward, despite her flaws, the same for her team. I think we as audience want to see that. I think the plot as it is now is ok but it needs to be jazzier, we need to see how JM is working hard on her revenge. She can ail and be dumb but we dont see her TRYING

Yeah now it finally exploded with SH caught and seems like JM caught too..... but what has JM team learned from all this so far... ????

MBC IS AT FAULT bc this cannot be getting closer to Yang Mi Who Swallowed the Sun. It is episode 80, almost, Jang Mi cannot be too similar to her dumb stupid naive self she was at the start of the drama.
WE NEED TO SEE JANG MI CHANGING, TRANSFORMING. Is that a concept that MBC has issues with? That women learn grow and improve?

the MBC production is at fault by ONLY putting out stupid FLs, and this drama was not advertised properly either.

Someone at MBC needs to change asap as clearly MBC has huge issues. MBC should have learned from the huge flop that Woman Who Swallowed the Sun was- the major issue was that FL and ML were DUMB and plot was cheesy and FL was essentially the same from ep 1 to ep 120, except better clothes and ability to stay calm. Essentially, a cheap lazy cheesy crude writer. Seems like MBC did not get the message yet???

KBS got the message. After the flop and complaints that Graceful Liar was dumb, they put Our Happy Days and Pearl in Red and both dramas are NOT dumb. They also majorly improved their weekend drama. KBS is doing well.

Now again MBC put a dumb character as THE lead character. Kdramas are sexist and women are either dumb and kind OR villains. but taking it this far to dumb is ... really dumb. It is going to kill MBC daily dramas. Hey MBC, WAKE UP!

Again this does not have to be Agent 007 smart quality because these are ordinary people. We the audience are not requiring a special forces thriller... It is totally ok that JM team makes mistakes and is not the smartest in the world.... . They do NOT have to be mad rocket scientists... But they have to have SOME common sense and GROWTH.

Some ideas for improvement are in the spoiler. I invite all audience to provide suggestions for the script.
Even small changes that show that team JM is trying would help a LOT.
