It is some ...middle school? kld kid in adult body, thinking design competitions and offices are fair and she is gonna shine and show everyone she is better than RealYC.. ??? SHE WANTS HER BIO MOM TO BE BETTER THAN A CRYSTAL BALL READER AND ALWAYS HAVE A CLEAR GRASP OF THINGS ... even what was never said LOL as JW NEVER COMMUNICATES.... she doest tell YC stole her designs... Instead, she yells at her bio mom and threatens to destroy her and then DOES try to publicly destroy her. Then she gets upset that the boy she married out of greed, used, and brutally dumped,.... moved on to someone else...

This is a delulu middle school rebellious dellirious angry teenagers crazy... bur why is this angry middle school kid a FL in an adult drama... at episode 60/100... ???

One thing I am certain of seeing - omg Nan Suk looks amazing in that black fur with red/black/white blouse. Wow what an amazing looking woman. Someone needs to catalogue her wardwrobe and jewelry and makeup in this drama. They are really stunning fashion statements

I have never watched a dating variety show or any variety show.. and had no idea a setup like this exists :) I watched ep 1 just to get a feel but I wasnt quite sure what is going on - bc ... the real people are set up to meet and live in real time, and the show hosts comment... This is kiiinda like a Truman show but they know they are a Truman :)
Also, the fact that person X came with person Y does not mean anything, they can mix and match so this is a psychological thriller, really...
I am still trying to figure out why those hosts need to be commenting on it. To introduce more buzz and alert the audience what they see... ? Yeah without them it would not be that spicy. It is like.. a public and somewhat nicely censored gossip LOL

Goodbye lovely drama! I really wish this becomes a 50 ep family drama...

I love the reality of this show, not sugarcoating it with pretty always smiling or sleeping cute babies, with business that can go up or down, etc. Very real - yet resolved so elegantly and beautifully.

I would love to keep watching these extended families and follow up how they grow.

PS - Oh I realized they copied My Dearest Nemesis plot with little cartoon characters and books but .. MDN was not as perv-deep-looking like this one. This one kinda skirted the issue - I bet that the hubby needed some therapy first, and spent some agonizing days before he was ready for that motel :)

but the most sad part is that kdramas imo are still the best entertainment globally ... they follow at least the basic rules of masterful storytelling, which is REDEMPTION ARC BASED ON ONE'S OWN EFFORTS.... most kdramas at least show creative and POSITIVE plots, with redemption arc aka character growth and positive sane healthy lifestyle and creating overall harmony, by personal efforts and inner transformation. There is warmth, compassion, sharing, growing, and a certain lightness, everything is seen through humor, even super difficult subjects are portrayed in a way that is humane and real, and there is always moving forward. The overall message is still positive. I think it is very Buddhist in nature - being in the moment and moving forward with a certain confidence and joy. Making the best of life. "Angels fly high bc they take thmselves lightly" kind of attitude - not afraid to look at oneself objectively and CHANGE.

In spite of common sexism and all their faults, kdramas are 10000000 times better than say western media, esp _ollywood, which has turned into a cesspool of negative messaging.

and imo cdramas are inherently doomed to be on a lower level i.e more matarialistic and crude level, bc China is what it is and the life there is reflected in their dramas, that sense of oppression and a fight for sheer survival cannot lead to creativity, lightness and humor when ppl are struggling to just stay alive and earn their social points. That is sad, really sad. Until their goverment and lifestyle change, it is practically impossible to produce anything on a higher vibration.

Dynamite Kiss is airing now and it is like that, totally 1850's drama and ... ppl love it... They justify his sexual harassment at work with "yes but he loves her" and justify her constant lying and total lack of effort and brains with "yes but she has to". It is frustrating to watch that in year 2025. I dont think it makes female presidents and leaders possible.

Based on what I have seen, C-dramas are typically a lot less sophisticated. warm and humorous than kdramas, so it is like nails on chalkboard. Hong Kong is better. But when Mainland Chinese make something special, on a rare occasion, it is something so deep that nobody else has made, like Xuan Zhang 2016 movie. WOW.

In any case, there are quite a few kdramas where FL has brains and abilities and knowledge and is very helpful, and you see an equal give-and-take relationship.

you and I are clearly born in the right place the right time bc obviously Joseon lifestyle is not for us...
