Ah you are naive. ALL tv shows are showing solutions. Maybe not ones that I would consifder useful LOL but everything posted to public always has messages and meta messages and is always advertising some kind of solution - typically a hypnotizing solution LOL You kinda have to look at everything you are watching like an alien, not taking anything for granted, but really thinking WTH AM I SEEING RIGHT NOW??? without any stereotyping and preconcieved notions. Bc ... the mechanical part of the brain is all about habits and social stereotypes LOL In other words, we are all plugged into a Matrix :)
FYI there are tv shows and movies that do show real solutions :)

And FYI, most books are trash and have no solutions :) Practically entire Western "classic" literature is about showing problems, not solutions :)
And most doctors dont have solutions LOL they have pills :) and most so called psychologists and therapists are as confused as anyone else and cannot help anyone for real

I do know where the real solutions ARE for sure. For example, fairy tales and fables :) if we talk about entertainment..... Or Rumi, Hafiz, etc... But real real solutions are .....

and sometimes, those leak into tv and movies :) Matrix and many other so-called fun movies are super deep :) And if you want to dig even deeper...

But to know what you are looking AT, you have to know what you are looking FOR, ie you have to know ahead of time what a real solution is, and what is not :) so it is kinda catch 22 .... and so you wont be able to recognize it :) until you learn some more about what you are looking for :)
