Yeah successful psychos also pick their egotism but not necessarily to dole it over others - the bad guys WILL collaborate with others and swallow their pride if they see a benefit to themself. They will forego the fleeting pleasure of dissing someone if it means losing material benefit to themselves. They wil be polite and keep their mouth shut and do the deal to benefit themselves

BUT in EP 8 at the very end, Beast said that FL's dad killed HaNeul's father...

So ... did the Beast kill BOTH of her husbands? Or only one?

Beast tried to drown the RealYC and said that she the Beast killed RealYC's father, sent him off to sea. RealYC's father is not the same guy as Ha Neul's father.

So...... now we have an interesting situation.
Bc HaNeul's father was killed at the same time as the HyeRa and SweetChairman were having their deal...

HyeRa's husband was framed just as the sweet loving Chairman was telling HyeRa he will never even look at her if she doesnt leave her husband and come at such and such time, WITHOUT her daughter... and bingo, the next thing, the FL's dad is framed for murder and taken away..... making the choice a lot easier... ...

Then Hye Ra drove to the ah-so-sweet-and-loving Chairman to ask him to accept her daughter, and WTOD hit her.

Soooooo..... we dont know who killed and framed Ha Naul's dad. Was it the Beast? Or the SweetChairman? OR BOTH of them in cahoots... ? Is that why they are marrying. their kids... ??

Btw Beast used to have some tacky sparkley and huge flowers etc clothes that were totally cheesy, BUT lately she had that dark blue flower tunic, then the gentle rose, with pearls and rubies, etc and honestly I think she looks fantastic, the gaudy jewelry and all. I came to like her fashion. Her lipstick matches her eyes and hair. I think she looks great! and is definitely a UNIQUE character I have not seen one like her in any other kdramas. I love the costuming / makeup/ hairdo creativity that makes characters always unique

That scene when the chaebol finds fake YC drinking at a cheap place and she doesnt let him leave lots of money ... That scene came back to haunt me - fake YC is so cheap and such a loser... instead of letting the small shop owner make some money, she was more interested to give a speech of shame to the chaebol.

I was thinking - that is why losers stay poor, they dont think Big Vision, just small personal egotistical gains...
Fake YC perfectly demonstrated why so much of the world is messed up - losers do NOT think of the big picture, only their pride and showing off.

Stella is not the sharpest tool in the box... .She is a business shark and can find and kill rich husbands, but her logical skills are ... totally unimpressive

Paik San Ho was a professional assassin, he was a cold blooded killer, and he still kills people like moskitoes. YES.
But then this drama diverges from Ms and Ms Smith. In this drama, we saw Paik transform into someone in love - not only to the woman, but to the PRINCIPLES of peace and unity that the woman stands for. And he vows to help her accomplish that, and puts his skills and his life on line to help her accomplish that. That is 100% different than Mr and Ms. Smith.
In this drama, he was used as a vehicle to bring peace to the world. He turned out to be a hero who saved the world from nuclear holocaust. That is 100% different than Ms and Mr Smith, who were assassins and stayed assassins... for the sole purpose of lining their own pockets.

HaNeul - is that his name?, the Beast and the real YC's are officially a family and both kids call her"mother", but they are not full blown siblings for sure.

Seems like he and real YC have the same jungle Beast mother and different fathers. I concluded that bc the Beast said to him once he is not YC's real brother.

Why do you think he would fake his death? I guess that's a great way to wipe his slate clean and come back to MJ?....
