Hospital CAN be empty at night. Some hospitals are inpatient, some outpatient, and some are used for research, and different floors and wings are used differently. Since this hospital does spinal surgery, the patients must be in an intesive care unit, and that is always behind closed doors on some isolated floor, not entry allowed. Certainly NOT mixed with doctor's offices. Also, this hospital somehow does research. That is 7am to 9om flex hours type of activity but researchers can work any time day or night
AND bc it is spinal surgery intensive care, of course there is a doctor on duty all night and researchers can work any time they want. The female doctor said nothing strange. In fact, she probably told the truth :)

Why is the rating low? bc there are lots of super young immature users who like only Weak Hero and cute idol guys type of stuff, and bc there are organized gangs that rate down any kdrama, esp successful ones. I saw them rating episodes that did not air yet, and I made noise, so that stopped - well it might have come back, keep checking the episode ratings! - , but they still rate low in huge numbers, there are LOTS of fake accounts

Well how many times do I have to repeat it? THEY DO SEEK IT A LOT. Healthy kids as a norm, and wounded kids (drugs, s.x, misbehavior) maybe not at all OR with some really bad adults that I do not have access to.
So teenagers DO seek adult company and guidance. They will gloat about their grades or crushes or scrapbook or concert or whatever. To many ppl!!!! They WILL share personal stuff and extremely selectively. There is probably like ONE OR TWO adults in their life that they feel comfortable with sharing their deepest questions.
