I’m thinking it was him imagining he had visited because it felt like when Xie Zheng and Changyu left earlier it was like a “let’s go” kind of felt like they were done here. For Wei Yan it showed his last thoughts being of his nephew a warm interaction he had imagined I think he loved him which is depressing yeah :(
