I can ABSOLUTELY understand the frustration of idols and other celebrities who have to deal with obsessive, invasive sasaengs.
They can't even BREATHE without some mentally ill or profit-driven stalker following within inches of them, sticking a camera in their face, breaking into their home, stealing or buying their personal info, following them on airplanes, chasing them in a car, trying to grab them at airports, etc.
But sadly, I think this is going to get Ling Chao in real trouble.
What a freak show, and not in a good way. This is one of the worst productions, with one of the worst scripts and absolutely CRAP acting, that I have ever seen. LOLOLOLOL
And the vertical format sucks. GOD I hate vertical format.
I really enjoyed this series. At least, until Ep 6.
I was not expecting, and I wasn't happy with, that NC scene at the end of the last episode.
To me, it was SO incredibly sudden - it happened **immediately** after their confession (and brief dead fish kiss) at the mysterious shrine - and it was out of character and just didn't fit the vibe of the rest of the series.
And I was uncomfortable with the actions and dialogue in the NC scene.
Kano: " (after Ogami takes off his own shirt and starts to take Kano's shirt off, too): "Wait.....I'm not ready for this"
Ogami (slams Kano's hands on the bed and holds them down): "I can't wait any longer."
Ogami bends down to kiss Kano's neck, and Kano says "Wait....no.....not there."
Ogami: "You're so cute when you keep saying no."
Kano gives in after a bit. But it just didn't feel like there was FULL consent there. Even Ogami acknowledged that Kano kept saying NO.
IMO, after their confession and initial kiss, it would have felt much more in character if they kissed again (hopefully not a dead fish one, though), but that's it. They needed to get to know each other more. The NC scene just did not fit.

It's a typical, low-budget, Chinese vertical format drama (which happens to be a BL), with mid acting. But it's so funny.
Both actors are hella good looking (especially the doctor) and they have good chemistry.
I actually kindof needed a good laugh right now, so this was a win. It's a fun(ny) watch.
Definitely give it a look if you don't want anything plot-heavy or emotionally complicated.

The kissing scene at around the 40:18 mark made me seriously LOL.
The vintage Hollywood-style swelling of the music, Tankoon's bizarre "I'm blowing up a balloon" lip pucker and cheek puff when Pleng kissed him......
